We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

I had a wonderful experience at the Leonardo Hotel. The location, cleanliness, and attentiveness of the staff exceeded my expectations. I originally booked for one night but decided to extend my stay. The rooms were very clean, and the staff were always friendly and helpful. A special thanks to Colin, who went above and beyond by providing detailed explanations and assisting everyone with genuine care. The Restaurant & Bar offers delicious food at very reasonable prices. Parking on-site is limited, but there is a public parking area just a short walk away, which can be used at a discounted rate. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service, comfortable stay, and great value.
