Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

HungaryA fridge in the rooms would be a really nice addition and some water to drink as well. The lights in the room are a bit weak in the night, but the windows gave plenty of sunlight during the day. The breakfast could have had a bit more options and variability between days, but what they offered were good.
The hotel was in a good area close to the metro and bus station. The room was good as well, with daily cleaning, they refilled the instant coffees provided in the room daily as well. The rooms were clean as well overall. The breakfast was open until 11 AM in the weekend which is pretty nice and the checkout was at 12 as well. We had a pleasant stay with my girlfriend.

AustraliaThe rooms could do with a mini fridge. Unfortunately we couldn’t keep any cold water in the rooms and therefore had to keep buying it. The step to get into the shower was big, we could handle it but an older person wouldn’t be able to. We also had issues with our air conditioning making a very loud noise, when we notified reception they got right onto it it and provided us with some complimentary drinks to apologies.
The property was very clean and sound proof. We had an amazing view of the sunrise and the London skyline. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

United Arab EmiratesNothing not to like 😊.
Great location, situated a 2 minute walk from West Brompton tube station, allowing for easy access in and around London. The most comfortable bed and pillows, and a great rain shower. Didn’t have any meal or drinks in the hotel so canny comment on that. Room was a decent size and looked to be recently decorated.

Saudi ArabiaRegarding the Breakfast Menu I would like to offer a constructive suggestion regarding the breakfast buffet. I've noticed that the dishes served remain the same daily without any variation. To enhance the guest experience, I suggest introducing daily variety to the breakfast menu. This could be achieved by rotating some of the main dishes or adding new items periodically. Such a change would enrich the dining experience and make it more appealing for guests staying for longer periods. Thank you for considering this suggestion.

United KingdomCheckin is very slow and it can be a bit of a wait and a massive queue. The lady from the downstairs cafe is miserable, I bought a pack of crisps and she added service charge, I asked her to remove that for obviously reasons and she didn’t like that.
Location is very good, super closer to Chelsea. The Hotel is very modern inside and the bedrooms are nicely decorated. We staying in a king size room and the bedrooms was super comfortable with a panoramic view of the city.

CanadaA fridge in the room would be a great addition as there is space. There are a few bars down the street but all seem to close relatively early in the evening if you were looking to go out close by.
The Breakfast was a really wonderful selection and always well stocked. Anna was so friendly and welcoming each morning! A short walk to West Brompton tube station was very convenient for getting around. This neighbourhood is in a quieter location which is good if you are looking to get away from the hustle and bustle. The room was more spacious than I was expecting and the shower was luxurious. Great value for the price.

United KingdomI would have appreciated 2 cans of water in the fridge for 2 guests and also a few more english tea teabags. Minor issues I know, you can request extra tea, coffee etc by scanning the QR code in the room but it seemed more hassle than it was worth for a couple more tea bags.
Fab hotel! Comfiest hotel bed i had ever slept in! Pleasant and helpful staff. Great choice of food for breakfast. I would definitely stay here again when we are in London. Stayed here as we were off to see Oasis at Wembley so ideal for the tubes.

United KingdomOnly small things really: A can of water each in the fridge would have been appreciated instead of 1 for the 2 of us. I would have appreciated a couple more english tea, teabags being left, I know you can request them via the QR code in your room, but when there is 2 people staying in the room I would expect 2 of everything.
Booked 2 nights here as we were going to see Oasis at Wembley. Know the area quite well, so I found it handy for the tube lines. Great hotel, the bed was the comfiest hotel bed I have ever slept in! Decent pillows as well. I find hotel pillows are often lumpy and hard, but these were great. Had the breakfast included in our stay, again, a great choice of food available, and the hot food was freshly made and kept well stocked up. Hotel staff that I interacted with were all pleasant and happy to help. We were on the 11th floor and had a great view of my son's favourite football teams ground! We shared a pizza and chips in the bar at the hotel, and it was a bonus that my son could watch the F1 on the tv. Also, it was good that I asked for a glass of tap water and was not charged for it. I would certainly stay here again when we come to London.

GermanyThe hotel itself is quite big and therefore was a little crowded. Some of the lights in the room were motion-sensored, so the they would turn on even if you wouldn't want them to (e.g. at night).
Good value for money - we really enjoyed staying here. The rooms were modern and seemed to be recently renovated.
