A fridge in the rooms would be a really nice addition and some water to drink as well. The lights in the room are a bit weak in the night, but the windows gave plenty of sunlight during the day. The breakfast could have had a bit more options and variability between days, but what they offered were good.

The hotel was in a good area close to the metro and bus station. The room was good as well, with daily cleaning, they refilled the instant coffees provided in the room daily as well. The rooms were clean as well overall. The breakfast was open until 11 AM in the weekend which is pretty nice and the checkout was at 12 as well. We had a pleasant stay with my girlfriend.

I couldn’t figure out how to get the air conditioning below 23 degrees but that could have just been me

The bed was comfortable, the breakfast was very tasty, the rooms were spacious. The shower was powerful, warm when needed and spacious.

The rooms could do with a mini fridge. Unfortunately we couldn’t keep any cold water in the rooms and therefore had to keep buying it. The step to get into the shower was big, we could handle it but an older person wouldn’t be able to. We also had issues with our air conditioning making a very loud noise, when we notified reception they got right onto it it and provided us with some complimentary drinks to apologies.

The property was very clean and sound proof. We had an amazing view of the sunrise and the London skyline. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

    Nothing not to like 😊.

Great location, situated a 2 minute walk from West Brompton tube station, allowing for easy access in and around London. The most comfortable bed and pillows, and a great rain shower. Didn’t have any meal or drinks in the hotel so canny comment on that. Room was a decent size and looked to be recently decorated.

Regarding the Breakfast Menu I would like to offer a constructive suggestion regarding the breakfast buffet. I've noticed that the dishes served remain the same daily without any variation. To enhance the guest experience, I suggest introducing daily variety to the breakfast menu. This could be achieved by rotating some of the main dishes or adding new items periodically. Such a change would enrich the dining experience and make it more appealing for guests staying for longer periods. Thank you for considering this suggestion.

Checkin is very slow and it can be a bit of a wait and a massive queue. The lady from the downstairs cafe is miserable, I bought a pack of crisps and she added service charge, I asked her to remove that for obviously reasons and she didn’t like that.

Location is very good, super closer to Chelsea. The Hotel is very modern inside and the bedrooms are nicely decorated. We staying in a king size room and the bedrooms was super comfortable with a panoramic view of the city.

A fridge in the room would be a great addition as there is space. There are a few bars down the street but all seem to close relatively early in the evening if you were looking to go out close by.

The Breakfast was a really wonderful selection and always well stocked. Anna was so friendly and welcoming each morning! A short walk to West Brompton tube station was very convenient for getting around. This neighbourhood is in a quieter location which is good if you are looking to get away from the hustle and bustle. The room was more spacious than I was expecting and the shower was luxurious. Great value for the price.

I would have appreciated 2 cans of water in the fridge for 2 guests and also a few more english tea teabags. Minor issues I know, you can request extra tea, coffee etc by scanning the QR code in the room but it seemed more hassle than it was worth for a couple more tea bags.

Fab hotel! Comfiest hotel bed i had ever slept in! Pleasant and helpful staff. Great choice of food for breakfast. I would definitely stay here again when we are in London. Stayed here as we were off to see Oasis at Wembley so ideal for the tubes.

Only small things really: A can of water each in the fridge would have been appreciated instead of 1 for the 2 of us. I would have appreciated a couple more english tea, teabags being left, I know you can request them via the QR code in your room, but when there is 2 people staying in the room I would expect 2 of everything.

Booked 2 nights here as we were going to see Oasis at Wembley. Know the area quite well, so I found it handy for the tube lines. Great hotel, the bed was the comfiest hotel bed I have ever slept in! Decent pillows as well. I find hotel pillows are often lumpy and hard, but these were great. Had the breakfast included in our stay, again, a great choice of food available, and the hot food was freshly made and kept well stocked up. Hotel staff that I interacted with were all pleasant and happy to help. We were on the 11th floor and had a great view of my son's favourite football teams ground! We shared a pizza and chips in the bar at the hotel, and it was a bonus that my son could watch the F1 on the tv. Also, it was good that I asked for a glass of tap water and was not charged for it. I would certainly stay here again when we come to London.

The hotel itself is quite big and therefore was a little crowded. Some of the lights in the room were motion-sensored, so the they would turn on even if you wouldn't want them to (e.g. at night).

Good value for money - we really enjoyed staying here. The rooms were modern and seemed to be recently renovated.
