This is hands down one of my FAVOURITE getaways, we don’t live far away, it’s such good value for money to go and have a peaceful evening or weekend, sit on the porch, read, have a glass of wine, play games and chill! Weather prevailing the hot tub is amazing, we’ve been a couple of times now and cannot wait to go back

The cabin is located in a beautiful forest where you feel like you are out of 'civilisation'. However, there are great facilities all around! The attention to detail is amazing. We really loved how much thought and time has gone into making this such a magical place. The bed was comfy, the cabin is super cosy. There is so much to look at and explore and when you think you've seen all the quirky little oddities...you spot something else! (The door to nowhere at 2am was an experience!) The hot tub was great, the BBQ was great, the whole experience was great!! Blaina and surrounding areas are absolutely stunning. Loved the guest welcome book and the recommendations were a great extra detail. We visited the Owl Sanctuary close by which was lovely and also free!

There was nothing to not like!

The cabin was like a fairy tale place to stay… quiet, no one is around and it was so quirky, it was like we were in a different planet. The owner Drew was so friendly and accommodating! One of the best place we ever stayed!

The only thing we would have changed is the size of the bed. For us it was too small, but it was comfy to lie on

It was like being in a retreat away from the outside world where you could just breath. I loved the added features, the door to nowhere, random birds, the hot tub, the giant chair with the tools. We really enjoyed the fire pit late night, it was so peaceful with lots to explore

Being tall tge bed is on the small size but cabins this tends to be the norm so not even a negative.

The whole place is lovely everything i expected and beyond. In a beautiful location although near all the facilities you could need. Hot tub was amazing but be aware it is self lit which makes it more fun.. Had a few questions about the firewood and the hose which Drew sorted ASAP.

A very quirky and peacefull spot!! Sitting in the hot tub all lit up was beautiful!! Would highly recommend for a couples retreat!! The added touches made my partners birthday extra special so massive thank you.

Amazing hidden gem, the hot tub is absolutely fantastic...how many people can say they've been in a mine cart hot tub? Such a fun place to stay and despite the setting giving the impression you're completely isolated, it's only a short drive to town for anything you may need before returning to relax by the fire pit!

This was our second time staying at The Miners Cabin, and it was just as magical as last time. It's cosy, peaceful, and truly a little slice of heaven. The new hot tub was a perfect way to relax in the evenings, and Drew was, as always, a fantastic host, he was welcoming, helpful, and attentive. We can't wait to come back again for a third stay!

We did struggle to find the place at first but we contacted the owner who was a great help and turns out we were embarrassingly right outside 🙈😂

I don’t know where to start! It’s so unique and I loved the little decor dotted everywhere, I love how it’s set to a much older time aswell. The sense of humour around the place is hilarious! So peaceful, relaxing and beautiful views! Highly recommended!

The mattress was a little uncomfortable and we could have done with more pillows .

It was exceptionally clean and I loved the originality of the place . Location is perfect and really felt we had escaped the rat race of life . Was lovely to sit outside and relax in the hot tub listening to the sounds of nature.
