There wasn't a power socket by the bed, which is super annoying when you use your phone as your alarm.

Easy to find with plenty of free parking. Reception staff were very efficient and helpful. Room was large and clean. Good location for my needs, and reasonably priced.

Room and Breakfast were fine but at £150 per night far too expensive. I only stayed there because my colleagues had already booked in on a cheaper tariff otherwise I would have stayed somewhere with more value for money

Staff were helpful, it is an added bonus that there is a swimming pool in there. Good variety at breakfast. Rooms were decent for the price. Good value for money. Good location near to the centre and free parking

Location didn’t have easy transportation links and only connections with one taxi company who were extremely discourteous. Even at 2pm one of my rooms wasn’t ready. The expectation is for the room to be ready at the start of check in.

Pillows not enough for family room did ask for 1 more never arrived . Also toilet has no sink u need to go in bathroom to wash hands.. the sofa ved was not comfortable. Pool was lovely and warm.. sauna was great too.

Bed a little too close to wall on one side and no coffee or small table for having in front of sofa. It was walkable to town but not as easy as we thought especially in dark as through forest areas or footpath less roads but cabs were cheap

Clean and comfortable room. The hotel is within walking distance of Central Milton Keynes shopping mall. There are also nice walks in Linford Wood nearby. Off road parking for guests. The pool is by all reports very good though I did not use it myself.

The bathroom in our room, the bath was very deep but after a certain shallow level the water wouldn't rise any more. It was a very run down, out dated bathroom with some mould stains on the tile grout but nothing major.

The pool is great. It has a sauna too. We found the whole hotel very mobility friendly. We also had no problem whatsapping the front desk! We don't deal well with phone calls or face to face, so this was ideal. Hotel happily provided plates and cutlery too for our takeaways. Very helpful lovely staff. We stayed here for gullivers world. We are going back again for whipsnade zoo. Fantastic family friendly base for local attractions. Very budget friendly.

Pool and gym were not available on the day we arrived and we were only informed about this a few hours before arrival - very disappointed because we booked this hotel so that we could use the pool. Dinner was very expensive for what it was - food was nice but definitely not worth the money. Towels provided for the pool were very small. Would prefer for the toilet to be in the bathroom not separate.

Comfortable beds and spacious room. Polite and helpful staff. Pool was lovely and warm. Leisure facilities were very good when available. Breakfast was excellent - good selection and very tasty. Good selection of toiletries and tea/coffee facilities in the room. Good bath.

The water in shower was luke warm rather than hot. Staff need to be consistent with information given out as we were told one thing when we checked in and another the next day for the cost of breakfast.

Room was nice size & clean. Nice touch with hand sanitizer in toilet! Location was within easy access to main roads.

The room and the bathroom are very clean, dry and warm. The breakfast was really tasty. The pool and pool facilities are clean and pleasantly heated. The food prices in the restaurant are affordable. Staff is helpful.
