Keya the receptionist was so helpful throughout stay trouble free stay

unfortunately our lower ground floor room was next to a noisy boiler room and we experienced very loud tapping noises throughout the night. Some design issues in the studio, for example a small shower room necessitated a small sink but the tap was too large for the basin and splashed water everywhere and so made it difficult to use, the glass shower door smacked against the metal shower shelf risking breakage. There were only two large bath towels nd a floor towel, no hand towels. Lack of space throughout meant sharp corners were hazardous, particularly the bed and the shelf below the TV. Poor TV reception - Other than BBC, terrestrial TV channels didn't work and there was no streaming available. Kitchenette was well equipped except for lack of washing liquid and tea towel, it was awkward to use kettle and toaster that needed to be moved to the shelf under the TV.

Bathroom sink was a bit small, but everything else was perfect!

Exceptionally clean and the property did not feel tired like most of the hotels in the Paddington area. My room was a good size and very quiet with no noise from the street or from other gusets. Would recommend.

At times the WiFi disconnected but turned back after a minute.

Nothing really to dislike. Would have liked face cloths or hand towels in the bathroom. Everything else was perfect.

THe gentleman at the front desk was personal and funny. Also very helpful. The room was very clean and very well equipped. We had an awesome room rate not found anywhere in London, especially when air condition, fridge, hob and cooking utensils included. They even had a toaster! Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Rooms were extremely hot with no ventilation, lots of noise through out the night. Male staff member made the group uncomfortable and was slightly rude.

These are only minor things, and would not stop me booking again, but the sink in the bathroom was very small and the water splashed over when simply brushing teeth. The room came with a hob and some self catering facilities but nothing to cook with, no cutlery etc. Google Maps also sent us down the wrong street and a woman helpfully pointed us the right way, stating that it happens all the time. The main thing was lighting… it was all or nothing as there were no bedside lamps or wall lights, just two spotlights above the bed and a main ceiling light, and could have done with being a little softer. As I said, these would not prevent me booking again.

Location was great with tube stations just a couple of minutes away. The room was small but very clean and very comfortable. The staff member was helpful in that he provided us with ice and stored our bags safely after checking out. The surroundings felt safe and were very quiet, and there were bars and eateries nearby too. The building is very attractive from outside and inside from walking in to getting to the room is very modern and clean.

Overall I was happy with my stay. If I had to give any feedback, I’d say that the bed is on the smaller side for two people and it would have been nice to have smaller hand towels.

Excellent location, very central with Paddington station close by. The staff at the hotel are friendly and accommodating. The room was comfortable and the shower was great and easy to use.

Nothing not to like except maybe should have supplied a tea towel and washing up liquid with the cooking facilities.

Very friendly staff and perfect location. Cooking facilities in the room were a bonus.
