We stayed in the Old Byre Apartment, decorated nicely to a high standard. Lots of beautiful local artwork and accessories. Comfy bed. Fully equipped kitchen and had some nice Denby crockery. Lots of books and games are available. Everything you would ever need is to hand. Added bonus of WiFi and great TV package, although this was a quiet retreat for us. The hosts are very welcoming, and Ted loves to play fetch. Lots of open space and wildlife with fantastic views of the Firth of Clyde and Holy Isle.

Very friendly and helpful hosts . Good that they were on site to answer a couple of queries. Garden courtyard was very peaceful with comfortable seating and lovely plants.

Stayed at Oakbank Farm on the Isle of Arran for a week in June and couldn’t recommend it more. Brilliant stay from start to finish. The owners were incredibly kind and hospitable, making sure we had everything we needed and even went out of their way to help us wash and store our equipment. The accommodation itself was perfect – homely, spacious, well-stocked with everything you could need. Highly recommend this property!

Oakbank Farm was everything we could have wanted in a Isle of Arran holiday cottage. The apartment was clean and beautifully decorated, equipped with all the kitchen, bedroom and bathroom facilities we could need, and even had a shed where we could park our bikes. Teresa was warm and immensely welcoming. We will certainly be back!

Nothing serious but the sofa's were a little too low and not very comfortable. The master bedroom was quite dark and the bed matress was a little too soft for our preference.

The location is beautiful overlooking the bay. The hayloft apartment was spacious and clean. The kitchen was a nice size with a good hob and all the necessary utensils. The Master bedroom was fairly large and the shower excellent. The hosts were very nice and helpful. A large storage shed was available for storing our gravel bikes.

Well furnished apartment had everything we needed and great to have a big kitchen. The views from the apartment were amazing and even better only being a stones throw from the beach and lots of seals. The grounds of the farm were also brilliant and we loved the super friendly cat and dog. Teresa was a brilliant host.

We based ourselves at Oakbank farm with our bikes for 3 days, perfect setup and big shed to store bikes. The shore road leading to Oakbank is stunning and we were able to watch the seals every day. Great apartment and location and we will definitely stay again when we visit Arran.

It was a little bit cold in bedrooms (especially for our 11 years old) and pillows were too thin and to soft to our taste
