Lovely view and really good size for our family of four. Nice comfy beds and sofas and only a short walk to the beach. Friendly host and easy to contact if needed. Our stay was also very quiet despite it being summer holidays.

I found the host - Dave - helpful and gave great communication throughout. He was more than happy to help to ensure our stay was as we wanted. Thank you. Location was excellent - amazing sea views. The lodge was comfortable and had everything we needed; even a french stick and some milk was available. I can not fault anything. I had a great break.

No wifi meant I exceeded my modest data allowance. A small price to pay for a relaxing break.

Host Dave went above and beyond to ensure we were happy and knew the best areas for some incredible dog walks. The view is incredible and we have already enquired about staying again. Make sure to visit the Coast Cafe for an amazing breakfast.

The weather.

The lodge was clean and tidy. It was well equipped with everything we needed. Bed linen was provided at no extra charge. We were able to take our 2 small dogs. There was bread and milk left for us when we arrived. The owner kept in touch. The sea view.

What a great place and location. I went there with my wife and my daughter and we couldn't believe where we are. The view from the house (you call it a caravan, I'm calling it a house; it's bigger than my flat in London) is extraordinary. You have all the ocean when you wake up and you have it when you go to sleep. The house is very clean and cosy. We felt at home straight away. A lot of room for everyone and everything. Including front (side) yard with nice chairs and table situated on the sunny side, where you can enjoy breakfast/dinner outside. The area is very quite and peaceful and the beach is very close, 10-15 minutes. We strongly recommend it. Dave is a great host and is very helpful. We can't wait to go there again.

Dave kept us fully informed of route amenities on site and how to access this beautiful Chalet. The views were just amazing the sunrise and sunsets were just fabulous 👌 the peacefulness was just what we needed in our lives. I cannot recommend this little Gem highly enough. Will be booking again

We had a lovely holiday here. Dave was very helpful when we arrived in the evening, Dave helped us to show his place. The caravan was lovely, warm, and comfortable. Really recommended for family.

It was a bit dusty and quite a few cobwebs but this won’t stop us returning. We absolutely loved it.

Amazing location. Very quiet and perfect for what we wanted. A few nights away with the children. Cromer is just down the road. And there’s a little Tesco in the village. Cozy static caravan which was perfect. The owner Dave is amazing, and very accommodating. We are going back next year.

What a wonderful spot! We truly enjoyed sitting and looking out at the sea. It was comfortable and had everything we needed. The quiet ambiance, along with the lovely outdoor seating in the little suntrap, made it delightful to relax with a glass and watch the sunset. The host was excellent, providing great communication via text that worked very well for us. We particularly appreciated the later check-out, which allowed us to take our time on our last day, especially since the bed was so cozy!
