Only 15mins from the airport which was ideal for us, great the restaurant was serving food until 9pm. We stayed in a shepherds hut which was cute and perfect for us for 1 night

I arrived very late (around midnight) and, despite the excellent instructions given to me in advance, I found it very difficult to find my room. The signage is probably ok during the day but it was dark and I couldn’t even find the house! I was just tired and got confused between the restaurant and the part with rooms!

How after the cleaners had been in to clean the shared toilet/shower facilities for the two glamping pods they left them unlocked for anyone to use. It was annoying wanting to go for a shower and not being able to because campers were using them and not the facilities that were provided for them.

It was nice being able to get up and be on the front door of the show I was attending over the weekend.

The cabin to hot due to the wheather even with the windows open couldnt get to sleep could have done with a fan or ac for the hot wheather

Excellent value for money. Visited NEC for two days so stayed 2 nights. Bathroom a bit on small size but reasonable room. Full English breakfast included in price. All staff friendly and efficient.

The accommodation was excellent, very near to the NEC for work and plenty of space for the van. Food and drinks were great and the staff were very friendly.

REG shepherd hut is a little tired and scruffy,

Great location, easy access to JLR, BHX, NEC, M42, lovely environment, quiet, spacious, loads of parking, onsite restaurant, good food at good prices, very comfy bed, warm room, great outlook, shower

- On check in the lady didn't know the breakfast times and I had to go back as they had forgotten to include breakfast voucher. - Pod too warm and no window or fan. - Ensuite very compact - No towels left for us on the 2nd day -.Mattress topper and sheet moved during both nights so husband woke to bare mattress.

- Location to nec - Peter in the restaurant was amazing despite the restaurant being really busy - Evening meal and breakfast were both really good. - Quiet on site

Really lovely place to stay. Very quirky. Lots of strange art dotted around. The food in the bar & grill was very good. Bed was clean and comfy. Room was tidy but there was rubbish under the bed which suggested it hadn't been cleaned. Shower was really good. Check in/ check outwas easy. The grounds looked fantastic for families. We walked around and found a boating lake, with what looks like lots of activities on over the summer months.

We were disappointed that the staff did not initially explain how the facilities worked. After we raised our concerns, the hot tub was labelled, but the shower did not get hot. We had difficulty identifying our hot tub because staff left at 6 pm. As a result, although we paid for two nights with hot tub access, we only used it one night. The best thing about our stay was the staff and food and drink at the quicken tree

Some TV's don't work at the cottages, just minor signal tuning but can be disappointing when you really can;t be bothered to use your rendezvous to tune TV;s.

It was yet another stay at this the Old Hall cottages. As usual it always nice and quiet and good service. Would recommend

Directions on how to find the accommodation when booking would have been helpful. The postcode given did not find property which caused problems as we travelled at night.
