We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe bedroom was not clean, the fabric wall was dusty, the bed was a king with a double mattress on it and you could see the stained mattress underneath! The shower head was poor and bathroom very old, the shower gel had to be taken out of its holder to use it. The hotel overall is lovely but the room itself was very poor.
I was there for an awards night and it was easy to get to, ample parking, good sized bar and the breakfast was good.
