We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomRoom was too hot so had to leave window open, but woken at crack of dawn with noisy seagulls. Don't need that amount of heat during the night. Also, think a wee shortbread or other biscuit on the coffee/tea tray would have been nice and a socket for the kettle, situated at the kettle. For the price of the room, the bathroom tiles could do with refreshing.. looks a bit dated and tired. Chair at dressing table very basic and badly stained. Needs a clean.

United KingdomNo iron or iron board in the room. We had to ask reception twice for this. Also no fridge. The room was nice but the bathroom could do with a facelift. It was also very small. Carpets and walls of the lobby were extremely run down, maybe this could be the hotels next investment.
I loved the size of the room and the complimentary robes & slippers. The view was also amazing - we were in a sea front privileged room. The location of the hotel was great. Plenty round about. The breakfast was also really great, we were pleasantly surprised.

The location was ideal, facilities were very good, although service a bit slow in bar. Room was clean, comfy and roomy. A huge disappointment was I got fined £100 for parking in disabled parking behind hotel. Nobody informed me of this.

Receptionist didn’t say much to be honest when I was checking in , just asked for £5 for parking

United KingdomThe room had been painted, but paint on carpets, on bathroom floor. Pillows need renewed ( floppy in middle). I thought that the maid would have replaced towels,.she could see they were wet. Couldn't fill the bath unless you stood in it, turned the tap on, hot your feet wet and came out the bath, as shower cubicle stuck down. You could also do with a suitable other chair ro sir on and relax. As being disabled the two of us toiled on the bed, getting on and off. Had a meal in the restaurant, but couldn't finish half of it as fish was so greasy, and really brown inside. Couldn't eat it.

United Kingdomthe Hotel could use some upgrades. considering the amount of people living and satying at the hotel a monthly income being spent at the venue some upgrades are required. a lick of paint - carpets could use a deep clean especially at the entrance down to the check in counter, edges on the skirting have been damaged and not been repaired or replaced. the rooms are in urgent need for an upgrade - unless the room I had was not yet done and I stayed in a old room.
