A couple of minor things that did not seem fair to reduce our 10/10 score for, but could be helpful to note. It's on the top floor so did hold the heat and I was very hot in the small room. Fortunately I love the heat, but others could find it uncomfortable. There is just a bath with a hand-held shower so no way to have a shower with both hands free and you have to be careful not to get water everywhere. Minor point, but we were left with less than half a loo roll, which meant we had to get some. For a one-night stay I would not expect to have to buy toilet paper. If it were a longer stay then fair enough. These were all minor things and for the price and what we got, we were very satisfied

Apartment was very clean and cosy. Nespresso coffee included, which was lovely. Beds were very comfortable and we slept very well. Getting the keys was easy and good communication from hosts. Easy 12 minute walk into Arundel town centre. Allocated parking spot but also right next to train station.

I feel a 10am checkout time is a touch early - 11 would have been better. It was a bit tricky to shower as you had to sit down in the tub since no curtain - but not a huge deal!

Handy if you're coming by train as it's directly opposite the station and only a 10 minute walk into town. The interior design is very cute. Big comfy sofa meant we could chill out in the apartment at the end of the day. The bed was also very comfortable. Lovely big bath tub. All very modern and well kept. Nespresso machine with pods was a nice touch. The host was kind enough to let us leave our bags/check in early and forgave us for breaking a glass.

It seemed quite expensive for what it was. Bath was feature but no toiletries, no other extras that yod.expect for that money that would've made it 10/10.

The apartment is right across the road from Arundel station which was extremely handy as we pretty much used the train everyday for our 14 day stay. Although situated at the station we experienced no noise. Lauren our host was hands on and most helpful if needed.

The sinks were not deep enough but it wasn’t a major issue we just had them squirt us multiple times apart from that it was really good

We loved everything about Roseland apartment 5 but the only thing I could possibly pick up on was that were no little bottles of shower gel or anything to.use whilst having a bath in the huge big tub.

Beautiful apartment furnished Beautifully with a great use of space. In a perfect location for Arundel being a 5 minute walk and Chichester only being 15 minute drive.

Although the bathroom is stunning it was difficult for older people to negotiate the bath tub and shower facilities. There wasn't quite enough storage for clothes/hanging.

A beautifully presented apartment and great location for the station and the town. Modern and comfortable and lovely features.
