The building was stunningly beautiful, the room was huge and the bed was ridiculously comfortable. The kitchen also had a variety of appliances which would make it very comfortable for a long stay to cook your own meals.

Hard to fault other than the bed, although comfortable, was inexplicably narrow given the generous size of the bedroom.

Our Rossal House Apartment felt like staying in a country manor. The entry to the house is quite grand in scale and furnishings. The scale of the staircase makes it easy to negotiate with luggage, being wide, shallow in angle and having broad treads. The lounge/dining room is simply huge and very comfortable. There are nice views from the windows of the expansive grounds. Watching the antics of the Red Squirrels in the big trees was an unexpected treat. Kitchen is modern, clean and functional. Bedroom is a good size with floor space to lay cases out. Bathroom is functional. A car is best as the house is too far from the town centre for it to be practical to walk to restaurants. We could have easily stayed a week here.

We heard the next apartment very loud, especially in the living room. Some more hooks in the bathroom and/or bedrooms (to hang/dry towels) would be very handy.

The mattress was too soft for us and the pillows very uncomfortable. The bathroom is good but there was no water pressure on the shower.

this was definitely my favourite stay in scotland, the house is absolutely beautiful and the apartment was perfect for our stay. very comfortable bed, the blanket was so nice!! i loved the kitchen, was very nice to cook there and the bathroom was nice and comfy. the house is located outside of the city center, it was about a 25 minute walk next to the river

Our only suggestion would be to have a pantry items such as packets of oatmeal or cereal and condiments/seasoning. Other than that, it was awesome.

What a neat accommodation. Rooms are spacious and we appreciated the kitchenette.

The only thing I can think of is that my son was disappointed the TV wasn't a SMART TV so couldn't watch Netflix - not a problem from my perspective.

The building was beautiful and the apartment was huge. All the decor and furnishings were high quality. Felt like we'd rented a castle.

We booked two units at this property, but I wish they had placed both inside the main house together. It felt like my brother’s family was a bit separated from us, which wasn’t ideal. Their unit had a more modern style, lacking the classic Scottish charm that we loved in ours, but was comfortable.

I was thrilled with how lovely the interiors and my apartment/unit looked, designed in a charming classic Scottish style. Checking in and out was super smooth, and we didn’t need to meet anyone from the property. Our stay was incredibly comfortable, and we loved every moment. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone!

Really stylish and luxury accommodation in a beautiful building. Many details are considered like very good quality towels, nice coffee cups, Netflix on TV, etc. It’s location is just next to the Ness river so, in about 20 minutes, filling the river you can be at the center of Inverness

The flat in the outbuilding is more simply furnished, and we noticed some areas that could use a bit more attention to cleanliness—particularly around the windows and on the carpet, where there were a few stains.

The apartment in the main building is spacious, very comfortable, and well-furnished. The flat in the outbuilding is also quite spacious and works well for a family of 4 or 5.

The location is great, you can walk to the centre in about 20 minutes and the way leads along the river but you don't have the bustle of the city center around you. Also, if you happen to visit the highland games, the apartments are perfect since the games take place on the other side of the river and you can walk there in about 10 minutes over the beautiful little islands in the river.

Great location. We used this as a home base while we explored Inverness, Loch Ness, and distilleries. Plenty of parking space. We didn't see any of the other people staying there even though we know the rooms were rented. Our room was large, and we appreciated the kitchen and multiple seating areas.
