fantastic annex very close to town centre, local shops & pubs/restaurants, very clean & well appointed & everything that we needed for our stay, Hari was a fantastic host & even took us to the town centre in her own car, we would definatley recommend this place & will visit again...

It was hot but this isn’t the host’s fault , it was a beautiful summers weekend so we can’t complain on that front. There was a fan as well which was great

When it said 'full kitchen' I expected an oven. However, there was a microwave and air fryer (which I'd not used before) and we got by.

Friendly, quick to respond when needed but respectful of space. Lovely touch of local information and books. We went to Oxford for the day on the train and found the info at the annex useful in planning our best route. Would stay again.

I absolutely loved my stay here, it's a perfect little bolthole, with everything you need and more, great attention to detail, and so clean. Lovely and peaceful with your own little terrace to sit out and relax. It's also perfectly situated to get to places such as Oxford and Cotswold villages. Witney is a great little town too to just walk down to. Loved it, and will definitely come again!

Nothing, all to our liking.

We stayed 2 nights and wish it had been more! The annex is ideal for a couple to use as a base in Witney. It is very clean, well equipped, comfortable and spacious. Lovely ensuite with a very large shower. The owner and her daughter are very nice, helpful and friendly. We'll certainly stay there again, if available, next time we are in Witney.

Only thing was a bit of noise from the main house quite late at night which woke us up. This is a small gripe as obviously people live there.

Liked everything but a couple of things that could be addressed: Could do with having a toilet brush to use. Most previous reviews mentioned milk being provided so we didn’t take any, there was only 1 small sachet of milk which was out of date in the fridge. Not a big issue as we popped out and bought some when we realised. Lastly there was quite a bit of noise from the tumble dryer/washing machine in the adjoining utility room quite late into the evening (10:30 ish)

Lovely space in the centre of Witney, clean, quiet, private, spacious, with everything that you need for a pleasant stay. Hari went over and beyond to meet all my requests. I can only recommend it.
