Bathroom is compact, which is fine, but the sink size meant it was difficult to wash in - because it is meant for washing hands only really. The shower was very low powered although it kept its temperature. There was NO storage, which is needed if you are self-catering. We would not have been able to sleep if we hadn't switched off the fridge and water heater overnight, they were very noisy and vibrating in a small studio. The kitchenette is a great idea, and why we chose the place, but not very practical in use.

Good comms beforehand with clear instructions on access, keys etc. Great central location. Near to the restaurants and shops. Very clean. Lovely comfortable bed. Nice view and very quiet despite being in city centre. Parking available on site (at additional cost), which meant our car was secure overnight.

Lovely room very clean and tidy, excellent location to everything including bars and restaurants and shops lovely views of the river. 3rd time we have stayed there we can't fault anything. Will definitely be returning later this year.

It needs a board over the sink for food prep space , theres no prep space. And the frying pan is too small , i had to cook a chinese for 2 in 5 seperate batches in the small frying pan.

It was clean and a good size and perfect for where we wanted to be near the river. Felicity was very helpful.

There was only hand towels in our room but we knew that there was a laundry room on the ground floor and found bath towels there. Not suitable if you have mobility problems. No lift.

The location was ideal, next to the river and only a short walk from town centre. Gaining access to the building was easy, we were provided with a passcode, as was getting into our room. Keys were in a lock box. The room was clean and tidy and decor pleasing. Parking is available at an extra cost.

Rooms were very spacious and clean, the apartments are in a great location and just a short walk from the centre of Chester. Would definitely stay again.

It would be nice to have blackout blinds at the windows. The skylark blind was fantastic, and probably blackout, but this wasn’t matched by the one at the window, which was a shame.

Rooms are stunning, and spotlessly clean. The beds are comfortable and Netflix is available on the TV. There is parking at an additional cost.

Was a little close to the bridge so we couldn’t have the blinds open for fear of someone looking in but that’s not something easily fixed other than that no complaints.

Cozy, nice little get away for me and my partner. Loved the fact there’s off street parking and that it’s private didn’t have to worry about my car. Also next to everything so a simple 5 min walk and you’re in the city.
