Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The hotel environment is very good, the mountain view outside the window is really beautiful, our room is breakfast included, the food has a lot of choices and is particularly delicious!The staff are also friendly！

Just more variety at breakfast.
Breakfast was excellent and cooked to order. I would have liked a small Continental Breakfast selection as an alternative. I particularly liked the feeling we were being individually looked after. The decoration was smart and themed throughout. All the staff were helpful and friendly.

The only thing I would say is the shower in our room could have been cleaner.
The post house is a lovely place to stay, staff were friendly and helpful.

No negative impressions at all. There was too windy outside, maybe :) That's it.
We had a great view from the window, the nature is incredible. Hot, tasty breakfast, friendly and helpful staff. Reception staff told us how to reach West Shore Beach and provided a very useful map. It was a pleasant city break weekend.

Nothing, all was good.
I booked single room ideal for solo hiking the Wales Coast path. Staff were friendly, lovely building, nice little room with good TV and nice big shower, clean enough, I slept well. And a great breakfast, which they kindly put in my lunch box for the journey... Highly recommended!

Didn’t like the frosted glass in room some areas in the room and landing areas were a little shabby . Heating on high till late unable to turn down in the room making the room very stuffy

Staff were excellent, breakfast was amazing, plenty of choice & included in the price of your room. Our room was 114, it was quiet and the bed was super comfy. We enjoyed a few drinks in the evening in the pleasant bar. Returning in 2 weeks . See you then!

The football result that I was watching in the bar....!
I booked a last-minute stay - staff are so friendly, the room was a great size and comfy bed, great location and the breakfast is delicious. There is also a bar in the downstairs area which serves food and shows football. A great place to stay - the staff are wonderful.

We visited on a Saturday night, and the pub across the road was quite loud. Nothing earplugs couldn't fix.

The porridge was very watery and for all the hotel was quiet, the nearby nightclubs went on until 4 on Saturday morning.
The staff where very friendly and polite. The room was over and above what I expected, with a separate room for my younger child.

Bedroom only had a frosted glass window, when we opened it. It was overlooking a really grubby roof and back yard..we hardly slept all night because of very loud banging from interior doors, and smashing sounds coming from yard of rubbish being thrown what sounded like a skip.The bed was about 6 inches thick and very very uncomfortable, but overall very clean..shame about the rest.
Great staff, lovely breakfast..very welcoming.shower was brilliant..very hot and strong.

Nothing to really complain about. The soundproofing of the room is not very good. Other rooms are sometimes a bit noisy, but it's not a big deal.
The room was very clean and a hairdryer was provided, which surprised me. Satff are nice! Even though the power of my toilet wan't strong enough, the staff tried to fix the problem asap after I complained about this. Breakfast was pretty good!
