There wasn’t anything to dislike about the property.

The location was perfect, within walking distance for what we needed and it was clean and very comfortable to stay at. Steve and Elaine were great hosts as well!

I had tried to convince my 5 year old to go to windermere in the summer holidays but the allure of the amusements was too much. I made sure to check reviews beforehand and was more than pleased to find the arthington to be on a quiet street and to be very quiet itself. The room was impeccably clean and very well appointed with a smart tv, a coffee machine and an alexa. We had an excellent sleep and a great breakfast. Thanks so much!

Loved everything about our stay Steve and Elaine made us very welcome The location of the hotel was spot on as lovely location very quiet location but not far out from amenities .The rooms were lovely decorated and spotlessly clean .Breakfast were delicious 😋 would definitely recommend the hotel and hopefully return next year 10 out of 10 👍Steve and Elaine

Clean,warm & inviting. The decor was upto date and very stylish. It has a great little bar & breakfast area. Breakfast was excellent , the bedroom was well decorated, kettle and a coffee machine was also included and plenty of choice of teas & coffees. Steve & Elaine were very pleasant and nothing was too much trouble for them, very friendly & approachable & very knowledgeable of the area and where to go for good food & drinks. Overall we were extremely satisfied with the stay & would definitely recommend anyone to stay here & we would definitely stay here again.

Nothing! Everything about this B&B was superb.

Excellent B&B in a central location, secure parking very close by at £6 a day. The property was immaculate and clean, the owners are extremely helpful and friendly, nothing they wouldn't do for you. The breakfast was superb with an excellent variety/choice, something for everyone. I would highly recommend a stay here, I will be returning in the future.

The Arthington B&B was the best of the best , Elaine and Steve were amazing hosts and made us feel very welcome. The breakfast was exemplary thank you Elaine . This is certainly the best B&B we have stayed in, we hope you will let us stay again, Pete says hope it’s room 4 😂 .

Elaine and Steve were great hosts and were happy to talk on a deep level. My boyfriend and I appreciated their wisdom, warm welcome and helpful nature. Especially from a couple who have been together a lot longer! The location was great, helpful to have paid parking and we were able to walk everywhere. You can see how much time and effort has gone into decorating the whole place. Each room is unique, as per the photos! There's an onsite bar as well. I'd highly recommend to anyone staying in Blackpool!!

We were greeted by the couple who were very welcoming. They were professional, knowledgeable and very helpful. We only booked for a 2 night stay and were happy to add another over night stay. Breakfast service was excellent and a great selection. I will be returning next year.

what was there not to like. fabulous location, great price, beautiful room, super comfy bed & had literally everything we needed & more! Lovely welcome from Steve and Elaine, friendly, helpful & offered all the information we needed for our stay. A welcome pot of tea & biscuits in the lounge whilst we got checked in. Loved the decor quirky, fun with so much attention to detail clearly alot of time & love spent on the whole place. Breakfast was spot on, quality produce, served on a hot plate. So much choice, there really was something for everyone.

Bed rooms where clean tidy and beautifully made. Lovely little extras like piece of rock, sweets and biscuits to ur tea and coffee station and ear plugs if needed and lots more. Hosts make you make u feel at home and so welcoming and warm. Recommend getting the breakfast good quality, good value for money and so much choice. Bar has great options and good value for money would recommend to anyone

Great location, just off the Promenade. An excellent breakfast with a great choice of fruit, cereals and hot breakfast items. Accommodated dietary requirements with no fuss. Very comfortable, clean room with quirky decor! Host couldn’t have been more helpful.

What a fantastic find, Steve and Elaine are the perfect host's, welcoming with great local knowledge. The room was spotless with every facility. Breakfast was great, plenty on choice and quality ingredients. Parking was very very good.
