The beds are just fine - could be more comfortable. But I slept well and would return.

Lovely location out of the busyness of downtown but just a 7-10 min direct (and frequent) bus ride away. The staff are superlative - very friendly and helpful. Also, AC was great on very hot days. Would stay again!

Very friendly staff, good breakfast and nice clean room. Car parking at side and off the road. Bus stop very near for easy access to town. I would stay here again. Oxford is worth the visit, really enjoyed it with the added bonus of visiting The Farmers Dog (Clarkson's) only 20mins out the road.

Although we booked a small room, it was a little too small for 2 nights. Could not charge phone by the bed over night as there was no socket. Bathroom floor was cold, but I assume that there is underfloor heating for the winter.

I had a lovely stay! The people were incredibly kind and welcoming, which made the experience even better. The location was perfect,right in a charming summer town, just about a 35-minute walk to the city centre. Breakfast was absolutely exceptional, especially the homemade toast and granola—such a nice touch! The staff were super friendly and always helpful. Would definitely stay again!

We stayed in the tiny rooms in a small outbuilding next to the main building. Compact, but stylish and clean. Great air conditioning on a rather hot day, comfortable bed, nice bathroom. The highlight of this place was actually the breakfast. So tasty. Homemade bread, homemade muesli, etc., excellent cooked breakfast.

Although our room was very comfortable, it was a little 'cramped'. However, our booking was a bit late. We could have had a larger room, but we just took what was available at the time.

Excellent customer service from the whole team! The accommodation was comfortable and spotlessly clean. The breakfast offering was pretty good, with freshly baked bread available every morning. (The bread, from a breadmaking machine was not bad, but being a baker, I am pretty critical!). The fact that the Burlington is situated on the main bus route into the city was an added bonus. There were busses passing pretty well every ten minutes or so, and when you have a bus pass, that is certainly a bonus!
