Sharon the owner was lovely and polite! Was plenty of tea/coffee and they was filled up each day unlike other places I’ve stayed! The room was immaculate, clean and smelt very fresh! It wasn’t outdated like a lot I’ve stayed in! The hotel is in a perfect location if you want to be near the tower! I couldn’t pick out anything I didn’t like! We booked 2 rooms and was but next to each other and was more than happy with both rooms! 😊😊

The room was on the small side for 3 of us, however not really a negative, the advert of the Carlton makes the size clear and the room had everything we needed and it was cozy and warm when we came back in the evening for sleep and relaxation.

Fabulous host, she was so friendly, helpful and kind, thank you so much for helping me carry our bags after a long journey up. Couldn't be more helpful ensuring we had the best stay possible! Thank you! The location was perfect, did not need my car for the entire stay, Sharon directed us to the nearest car park once we had unloaded the car just outside The Carlton. Everything was so easy and convenient for our stay.

There wasn't anything I didn't really like about our stay. Apart from there is alot of steps/stairs. But that's not a major issue and can't really be helped.

It was a lovely place to stay sharon was lovely and very welcoming. The whole place felt cosy and was nice and warm when we returned from a cold night seeing the lights. Sharon makes a lovely breakfast and will cater to what & how you like it. My little one did want fruit for breakfast but there wasn't an option for that. I'm sure if I asked Sharon she would of found something for her. The lounge is lovely if you just wanted to sit and watch the world go by. My little one loved looking out the window. We loved how the door is always locked as this made it feel more safe and you know people aren't coming and going that shouldn't be.

The noise at night was quiet loud the weekend we was there. I guess this is due to other larger hotels being neighbouring and winter gardens, however ,I do appreciate this isn’t something the hotel can control.

The location was perfect right near the tower and main attractions, however, the tram was around £6 to get to the pleasure beach and sandcastle. The room was clean and the lady on reception was very welcoming when we arrived. Very basic but great value for money

Location was great. Very near to shops and promenade. Blackpool tower so close. 5 minute taxi ride from train station. Landlady was very friendly. Room was lovely, very clean, comfortable bed. Bath and shower in bathroom. Extremely good value for money.

We didnt stay long enough!!

It felt like home away from home, so friendly and even decorated the room for my partners birthday for us getting there and left a birthday card with a tenner in for a drink on them!! What a fantastic touch, weve never stayed anywhere like this before where the owners have been so attentive and made the whole stay a one to remember ! Highly recommend

The flight of stairs, made me realise how out of condition I am.

Parking was the only issue. But not the Carlton's fault. The council have made it impossible to park other than in designated car parks.
