Just for information, the steps up to the property are very steep as are the stairs. To consider if any mobility issues.

The room was very nicely presented and had all we needed. Some nice hospitality touches in the room. The hosts were very helpful and friendly. It would have been difficult without the hosts help to carry cycles up the steep steps to store for the night.

The property is very well kept and beautifully decorated. Breakfast was very good with lots of choice and cooked to order, and a good variety of teas, coffee and chocolate drinks were offered, both at breakfast and in the room. Our bed was very comfortable and a fan, and hairdryer were provided. The bathroom was spotlessly clean with a roomy walk in shower and also a bath. We were given extra pastries and chocolate for our ongoing journey. The hosts were very friendly, flexible, and helpful. Any queries we had before and during our stay were answered quickly for us. The property is in easy walking distance of the Thoroughfare with plenty of amenities available. We will be happy to return.

You won't be disappointed!

Grant and I stayed at The Corner House in Halesworth, East Suffolk, and it was absolutely lovely. We were in the area to collect my Land Rover, Rhiannon, after a year of restoration, and this stay made the trip even more special. Steve and Simon went beyond expectations, warm, professional, and incredibly friendly throughout. Simon prepared a beautiful breakfast this morning, and we’re truly grateful for the care he put into it. Steve generously shared his brilliant local knowledge, which helped us explore the area in ways we wouldn’t have discovered on our own. They also kindly allowed us to stay outside late into the evening, which we appreciated greatly. Halesworth is a hidden gem, peaceful, picturesque, and close to some stunning beaches we were lucky enough to visit. We returned safely to London with wonderful memories. Highly recommended for anyone visiting East Suffolk.

Everything thing about our stay from booking to checking out was so stress free. Communication with the hosts was 10/10. The room was amazing clean fresh and very well stocked with complimentary items. Tea,coffee, etc. with a lovely surprise of some chocolates in the mini fridge. The bathroom was light and a really lovely size with a separate bath and shower, clean towels and complimentary shower/bath get was a lovely touch too. The bed was nice and comfortable, and one of the best I've slept on, which aided me in a wonderful night sleep. The cooked breakfast in the morning was delicious with cereal, pastries fruit all on offer too. The hosts made us feel at easy, and nothing was too much for them. You can really tell they pride themselves on making your stay amazing. I would class my experience at this property 10/10 stay here, and you will not be disappointed.

The hosts were excellent. Room and bathroom spotless and very modern and spacious. Lots of snacks in room with kettle and fridge. Lovely bath and very large shower. Breakfast was plentiful and lots of choice cooked to order by the hosts.

It's really close to a busy main road. and that is not ideal. I thought the provision of ear plugs showed real class. Not many places are that thoughtful, and they are necessary. The only other thing is that I would have preferred curtains rather than merely blinds in the room. The blinds let in too much light early in the morning..

The breakfast was excellent and the location was good. Ideally, there would be parking on-site, but not possible in this case.

Some of the bathroom facilities - the toilet cover closed on sitting on the seat, I gave up waiting for hot water to come from the shower as I didn’t want to waste water. An extra place to put toiletries rather than using the window sill.

Very good breakfast cooked to order. Also a nice selection of fruit, cereals, fruit juice, pastries and cakes.
