Location was great and good walks into Broadstairs. Nice and quiet, staff friendly and helpful. Recommend as quieter than Broadstairs or Margate but lovely walks to both. We definitely enjoyed our stay

The Botany Bay is a beautiful place to visit and stay, excellent food and wine choices. Lovely and clean rooms. Right on the beach, 10 minute drive to Viking bay £5.70 for a taxi. Can’t fault

Our bathroom was next to an extractor fan and noise was very loud all the time. Internal corridors walls and doors needs a good clean and paint as it looks tirred and uncared for. Hotel/restaurant very busy, so main facilities were durty, bar staff was not very attentive, outside tables and inside spaces were durty as well as the toilets. Food was okay. Staff serving breakfast was very chatty amongst themselves/not attentive to clients. My coffe was left waiting on the counter and had to ask for it. Not great value for money.

The bath room was clean but a little outdated, wooden panel and sink taps were rusty and peeling but it was clean and useable. The breakfast wasn't a full buffet. You order a hot meal per person but fruit, bread and cereal was unlimited. Tricky when you have fuss kids that want bits and pieces like potato hash brown and x1 sausage - and no way of ordering it.

Room was spacious for a family and well equipped with Dyson fan, coffee machine, great selection of teas. It was easy to park and right next to the beach which was fantastic. Beautiful views and breakfast was lovely.

Could have done with firmer mattresses! Why do all hotels have super soft mattresses! They are a pain to sleep on especially for people of the larger/ heavy size, it just causes back pain the next morning which isn't fun especially if you have to drive home for 2+ hours.

The hotel was located opposite Botany Bay beach. The restaurant was great, food and service was also fantastic. We also had breakfast included with our stay and was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the food, was basically expecting pre cooked buffet quality food but it tasted freshly made. Overall great experience.

Its expensive for what it is. No fridges in the rooms, (I guess they want you to use their bar) In 2 different rooms we stayed in both aircon machines were broken There isn't much around there in terms of shops for food, drinks etc We were facing the road and a really nosey lady lives opposite who didn't stop looking in the rooms (I think she was drinking sherry out the bottle ; )

Location is amazing and you can park in their car park which is just a short walk to the beach. The Breakfast (if booked through the room) is good enough although we were not sure on the second day and had to pay £15 each which it certainly wasn't worth that. Staff were friendly, Niice pub with terrace They have Nespresso machines in the rooms which is a nice touch Make sure to check out Kebbells in Broadstairs (amazing seafood restaurant)

For dinner we were seated in the bar area as we had our dog but no one informed us that we had to order at the bar so we sat waiting for about 15 minutes wondering why we were being ignored - went up to one of the servers and he took our order but once food came no one came to check if our meals okay or cleared our plates away. Maybe they were busy.

Breakfast lovely. Staff very welcoming, especially reception. Room nice - bathroom quite small. A bit noisy in the early evening think I was above the kitchen.

Although we were generally happy with our rooms, the mattress had developed a small ridge along the middle making it a little uncomfortable.

The location was ideal. We were also impressed with the staff, they were very polite and attentive, especially when it was at its busiest as obviously there were longer waits for food service but the staff were excellent in reassuring the customer that food was on its way and offered us more drinks. The food was great. Cleanliness was good. Overall the stay was very pleasant.

There were some data connection issues due to the location which meant that Ubers were difficult to book / calls wouldn’t go through but staff promptly helped us to book a taxi.

The hotel is beautiful, the staff were all wonderful and kind and the breakfast was delicious!

The pigeons were going in-between the wooden part of the structure,they were a nuisance continuously making noise and flying to and from the wood by our balcony, this stopped us from using the terrace as much as we would of liked. This would be amazing if this was fixed and the only thing we didn't like about the hotel, we will be back:),thank you.

We were unable to pull up the blinds to let light in as the window looked out onto a staff area with staff waking back and forth regularly. We also couldn't open a window to let fresh air in as the staff smoking area was right near the window too!

Very clean. Breakfast menu was extensive which is good. We were able to park easily and leave the car even after check-out.
