I had requested a sea view room and was told that that request had been granted but unfortunately that wasn't the case. The room (I appreciate it was a single) was tiny and a bit claustrophobic

There is a couple of bits of maintenance needing doing or just a bit of a refresh (the bath panel has an access point in it without any screws so pops off occasionally, old heater in the room that's not working - can it be removed). The walls seem very thin as you can hear the chat in the room next door and at night their snoring.

The location is great and plenty of parking for the hotel guests. If you choose to eat in the restaurant then the quality of the food and the service is smashing.

The breakfast was amazing with many options to choose from compared to other hotels. The rooms were clean and well equiped. We really liked the wall colors, they were simole but relaxing. It is just next to the Botany Bay beach, so a great location.

Really enjoyed my stay in this lovely hotel that sits right by the sea. We stayed in the suite that sleeps 4 as I came with my two kids. It was beautifully decorated and clean. The views were spectacular. Service was 10/10. We will definitely staying again

Could do with a mini fridge in family room just to keep milk & drinks cold as room does get very warm. WiFi connection isn’t great in the rooms.

Superb location, right on top above Botany Bay, even better when the sun is shining and spectacular sunsets. Great sized family rooms and spotlessly clean. Tea/coffee facilities including Nespresso machine. Not yet brought our dog but love the fact hotel does offer dog friendly rooms.

The room was very nice and very well equipped. Sometimes noise from adjacent room and particularly loud noise from room above. One night we had to ask them about 10.30 pm if their children could stop their game which involved a lot of jumping off the beds as the noise was terrible. We like dogs and often used to take one to a hotel when we were travelling but there were too many especially outside where fights were common. One customer arrived with 5 dogs.

Very helpful staff. Lovely location near beach. Good breakfast and always excellent service.

Nothing major. Would have liked my bacon to have been well done as requested on both days but not a real problem. Some way of fresh milk to have been in the room without having to request it would have been nice coz I didn't bother and so didn't use the coffee machine!

So much better than the last few times that I had stayed. Staff were really good, the food was excellent and my room was amazing, not cheap for a single person ! but well worth the money.

The breakfast was great. Very friendly service and easy check-in and check-out. Dinner was lovely, our waiter was very pleasant. Highly recommend the green pasta with prawns! Great views and nice walking paths around this hotel.

The first morning at breakfast, I ordered poached eggs, but unfortunately they were cold! The next morning I ordered the same & told the staff that they were cold, could I have hot poached eggs. Unfortunately they came again cold! I did mention this to the receptionist when we checked out. If you are going to pre cook poached eggs, then please reheat them properly.
