The heating was off and the window was open when we got to our room so it was a little cold to start with. Not sure how warm it would be in winter as the electric radiator was quite small too and there was only a towel rail to heat the bathroom.

Breakfast was lovely and staff were very friendly. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. Could have done with more hangers in the wardrobe and some decaffeinated tea in our room would have been a nice additional touch.

It seems churlish to mention the bathroom layout In Limousin room. It's fine, perfectly functional and clean - although the shower's a little awkward. The floor is very cold and underfloor heating would be a bonus. This would not stop me staying however, and this remains my favourite room as it is quiet and incredibly comfortable.

Fantastic stay as always. Room very comfortable with excellent small touches. Room impeccably clean, quiet, comfortable bed and excellent service. Food was very very good. Better than what we had in the city centre. In fact, why go anywhere else!

Bar was a bit atmosphere less and cold with the door constantly open. Bathroom in room smelt damp and could have been cleaner. The floor in the shower is obviously difficult to keep clean because the tiles are too small and all the silicone sealant was black and mouldy.

Nothing to find fault with at all

Room was excellent, very smart and comfortable with some nice little touches seen in more individual, boutique hotels. Pub is also smart and well appointed, food in there yesterday evening was very good. Breakfast choice, while relatively small, is varied and with sufficient healthy options. Service was great, staff friendly and helpful throughout

It is a food pub downstairs. This was not a problem as it is not open late and there was no noise. We wnt to Broomhill for breakfast where there are some very nice cafes, so didn't get a chance to try breakfast at the hotel, but it looked good with a nice atmosphere.

Good location, near Broomhill with easy parking. Lovely building, nice rooms and efficient service. Goid price.

To be aware I was on the second floor and there wasn't a lift. Bit of a tight squeeze in the shower.

Noisy heater in the room was slightly annoying but I told lovely staff member who said they'd have a look and gave us complimentary breakfast which was really nice.

I am sorry to say the food was not good at all and very disappointing, There was a 30% off for food but they said it was not applicable on the 14th, i had the voucher. There were no pizzas that night which we always have. I always give a 10 but this time i feel the stay was not up to standard. Very disappointed.

Have stayed a lot and always enjoy it there, The rooms are very comfortable and never disappoint.

The bathroom finish was poor. Shower grouting was poorly done and needed replaced. realise this is an ol building with single glaze. Bathroom fam a bit noisy.

Room was very well equipped with high quality items. Dab radio, illy coffee machine, brew tea bags (good quality). Room was warn and comfy.
