My only fault was sitting at the window in room window sill were dirty and some Coppers was sitting on the sill from the last person in the room

Was very nice comfortable quick overnight stay ….. beds were comfortable, bathroom clean and tasteful…. was impressed for price we paid for an overnight …… no staff there but phonecall and email and texts so communication was excellent even if you didn’t see a real human ….. view out window wasn’t the best over rooftops but that’s me really nit picking . We would definitely recommend and stay again if we needed too …. food in restaurant at night was also very nice although I believe nothing to actually do with the hotel …..

Unfortunately the shower wasn't working and wouldn't turn on, we had to ring for a maintenance man to come and look at it but he was unable to fix it so we had no shower facilities including for our baby.

The room was very spacious and it was in a good location. Staff were friendly as well.

Very clean and tidy hotel. Contactless checkin was really easy and probably quicker than using a checkin desk. Room was more than ample size wise. Staff were friendly, smart and attentive.

I was nervous there was no staff on-site but really easy to contact the team and they were able to help easily. A build would be a fridge in the room which most hotels would have in deluxe or suites

Lovely clean rooms with modern decor. We booked a king deluxe but had an issue with the TV. We’re upgraded with no issues to a suite which was beautiful. Great service

It was very sad that there’s a restaurant/ bar onsite and we couldn’t get a table for food as it was fully booked for the night Maybe it would be advisable if when booking your room that you maybe book a table downstairs so you don’t need to walk into the town 🥲 We were lucky enough to see other people that were staying in the rooms above the restaurant saying the exact thing and advise us where to go for drinks and dinner.

The location to the town centre,shops , train station and restaurants / Bars was fantastic

Room 1&3 no complaints. We were in room 10. There was very loud thumping music going on until midnight and it started next day at 7am exactly- not sure where it was coming from but very annoying and spoiled our rest/sleep

Very comfortable beds and nicely decorated rooms. PIN code entry worked well and breakfast in the restaurant adjoining rooms was lovely (although a separate cost). Managed to get parked easily.

The rooms were spacious, spotless and comfortable. The hotel is in a brilliant location in Ayr and easy to the beach, town centre and pubs. The food in the restaurant is beautiful and they cater for all allergies. Would defo recommend

Too many cushions on the bed. A lot of thought given to appearance rather than comfort. The room was small.
