We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Upon checking in, the tv signal for every channel was very bad, making it unwatchable, managed to get signal late at night though the tv guide would not load at all. No coffee or tea facilities in the room, a 24hr free tea and coffee machine provided downstairs in the lobby but a slight inconvenience.
Staff were friendly and helpful. Location was great, the bed was comfortable, and the room was clean and a reasonable size. Plenty of lighting around the room. Could not hear any traffic from the road. Nice little snack selection in the lobby. Very likely to stay again

Location was fantastic and central to where we needed. The shower was nice and plenty of towels provided. Lighting was good with a few side lights and lamp. Really quiet and couldn't hear any road traffic or noise elsewhere. Plenty of parking at a fee.

SwitzerlandThe breakfast was ok, but nothing too fancy. Should be updated though. The location isn't great, but there is a tram station just a couple of walking minutes away so if you want to explore the city it isn't that big deal either.
I liked the hotel very much! The rooms are nice and really clean, equiped with everything you need. Also liked the lounge at the entrance and especially the coffee machine that is free to use 24/7. The personal was also very kind and helpful. As my flight arrived really early in the morning, they helped me check-in right away with no problems or waiting.
