Room was OK but room details stated bathroom was Private but other people Guests or staff were also using it. You shouldn't claim it is Private Bathroom. Room adequate but very awkward stepping over the puddle outside the room door caused by radiator leak every time we left the room. Informed owner who knew about the problem but they couldn't get anyone to fix it over the weekend.

We were able to exit the building via a back door rather than exit via the pub. The room was separate from other rooms. Room was a good size with TV and tea and coffee.

We booked a double room online, as per the pictures on booking.com, but were given a twin room. The staff member said that the online pictures were out of date, and that they no longer had double rooms. He did offer to zip the beds together when we went out, but couldn't provide a double-duvet. We were happy with that, but when we returned late that evening, it hadn't been done. I'm sure he simply forgot and he had been very helpful with everything else. When we arrived in the room there was only sugar on the drinks tray - no tea or coffee, only one mug, and the milk and water bottles were both empty. I spoke to a staff member, who gave me some teabags but couldn't find any coffee sachets (so gave me a ramekin of coffee spooned out of a jar. He also gave me another mug and came and filled the milk and water bottles for us. Because the rooms are directly in the courtyard, with two windows facing the tables/chairs, you cannot comfortably be in your room without having to pull the blinds down, which then makes it dark. Would be better to have some nets or voils, so you can still enjoy the daylight but also have some privacy.

The room was small but very clean and tidy, and looked like it had recently been decorated. The beds were very comfortable and the bedding and towels provided were brilliant white, fresh and clean. Lovely pillows and complimentary body wash in the bathroom. We were met in the pub bar by one of the staff members, who took us to our room straight away, which was a courtyard room. Although people were sat in the courtyard during the afternoon/evening (almost right outside your door) it was lovely and quiet once the pub shut. There was also access to/from the courtyard without having to go through the pub, so not a problem when the pub was shut. Excellent location, easy walking to town centre, train station, Borough gardens and the public car if you're driving. It was £72 for one night, room only, so the price was good overall, especially as there was an event in town and everywhere was fully booked.

Maybe just needs a bin in the bathroom. For what we paid this place can't be faulted.

It's a great location with plenty to see and do. 15 min drive from Weymouth. The host was really nice and friendly., He told us to use the garden entrance if we didn't want to walk through the pub. The lady cleaning the rooms is doing a great job as it was spotless. We will definitely be coming back

If you don’t feel like joining in the karaoke, you might find the place noisy on weekends. But if you join in, you’ll have a lot of fun! Beer garden was facing my room but there were blinds.

The rooms are above a pub. On a Saturday night there is live music - so be prepared for that. I needed to be up early the next day which could have been a problem, but fortunately I was exhausted so it wasn't a factor. No bedside lamp.

Convenient location for my purposes. Easy access to Dorchester, Weymouth and surrounds. Not too pricey. Very clean and nice shower. Coffee and tea available.

No parking when parking was advertised. No food available at the Inn. The accommodation was in the beer garden so would not have felt safe if alone. Place needs a lick of paint. No fridge for the milk so that was left out and was warm. Would be nice to have complimentary shower gel rather than left lidl shower gel and it would be nice to put your hand soap in a reusable dispenser. It needs a few little touches like that. Needed an extra pillow

No parking but says there is! No kitchen night we were there but nit informed before hand! We booked because of parking and food being available! Had to find and pay for parking and find elsewhere to eat.
