There wasn’t anything wrong with the room but would suggest for more locks to be on the doors in the hotel as people might want to leave valuables in there!!

The bar wasn’t open but this was because it was end of season.

The location was great, the hotel was clean and our room was comfortable and sufficient for our stay. Communication was great from the start of the booking. Breakfast was nice and good value.

Bar wasn't open but there was only me and someone else so quite understandable. However there was pubs and bars only a few minutes away.

Excellent Breakfast pleanty of it and good quality. The room was a good size but needed a desk to put laptop on. Bed got a great nights sleep.

Breakfast was 8-9, limited parking spaces at £7.50 a night but . Had to park in nearby private car park.

Some minor points not a major concern. Bathroom tiny but fine. Toilet needed a closer clean in my room but everywhere else was fine and clean. Breakfast a 1 hour slot from 8am to 9am but would have expected say 7/8am to 10am these days. Check out 10am but most hotels I go to are 11am these days.

All good really for what we needed. Host friendly and welcoming, very good cosy bar area, and breakfast room looked nice though we didnt get up in time for breakfast. Good value I think for price.

The hotel is located in the middle of Blackpool tower and pleasure Beach so it was quick and easy to reach attractions. Hotel owned by 2 loveley guys. A big shout out to josh who hosted us all weekend. Always helpful and at hand if needed him. Room was loveley and warm , clean and very comfy. Breakfast was included in out stay which was very tasty.

Didn't dislike anything particularly. Shower was very small. No wardrobe, but decent hanging rails for a short stay. Bar wasn't available during our (out of season) stay, not a real issue though.

Clean, tidy room with comfy bed. Fabulous breakfast. Free parking was available on the road. Friendly helpful hosts. Good location for pleasure Beach and South shore.

Room very cold even with heating on, gap in window filled with tissue could really feel the draft still with blinds and curtains closed is November so i do understand it is out of season so wouldn't be a problem in peak. Could do with a table/ small dresser instead of the little thing the tea tray is on just so can also put belongings on you need out while getting ready, and also a couple of extra toilet rolls in bathroom instead of having to go and ask for more, none of these comments are complaints just simple suggestions and wouldn't stop me from booking to stay again.

Good location friendly staff, fresh bedding and towels and the full English 10 out of 10. Room very big bigger than i expected we a got goods nights sleep both nights bed comfy.
