Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Nothing to dislike
Decent comfortable hotel in Worcester City centre. Also has complimentry parking at the rear of the hotel for the duration of stay. I've been staying there on and off for 30 years. The breakfast is quite excellent and the standard hasn't slipped at all in all that time

There wasn’t anything that I didn’t like about the property
The bedroom which I stayed in was very pleasant with tea and coffee making facilities. I really enjoyed my breakfast the following morning

Location - right next to Foregate Station . A short walk from all Major attractions , e.g the Cathederal , The Tudor Quarter , Museums and so on . Great Pubs close by too

The breakfast was excellent. There was a lot if choice and we liked that soya milk was available at breakfast and in the room which we had requested. The room was spacious although the wardrobe space was limited but not a problem for us as we were only staying for two nights, We enjoyed the leisure facilities, The pool was lovely.

The hand held shower in the bath only had one tap which gave scalding hot water. A sign explaining how the toaster worked would have been helpful.
Good choice for breakfast. Nice tea/coffee and biscuits in room. Comfortable bed.

Not the hotel's fault, but the city was under siege from roadworks outside the place and it's in a slightly run-down and shouty part of town. If you were looking for a nice outlook (I wasn't, I was there to work) you'd need to be on the top floors to see the distant hills.
Large roon with opening window and a sofa. You could (I did) spend the evening on there reading, working on the laptop and resting. Hot water worked properly. Staff were helpful when I didn't understand how the master light-switch worked!

The price of breakfast was abit steep considering I had to pay £30 each day i was at hotel ;will definitely stay again just won't pay for breakfast as there was cheaper options around town

Had hoped to use the hotel bar facilities after our event, but one member of staff running the bar who was a little stressed with the workload.

Didn't feel comfortable eating breakfast whilst other guests were sat in pyjamas and barefoot. NOT the fault of the hotel but may be worth considering some sort of minimal dress code for the dining room.
Staff were really friendly and welcoming. The location was perfect, close to all main sights in the city centre with ample parking spaces. Room was warm and spotlessly clean. The cathedral is well worth a visit, stunning architecture and great for the history fans given who's interred there. Friendly city overall.

The only imperfect thing was that the room was stifling hot when we arrived - we had to turn the heating off and open the window! I can see that's a hard thing to gauge though, with our weather being so unpredictable!
Me and my daughter have stayed here before for an overnight shopping trip - love the place! Perfect location as literally over the road from Foregate Street train station, and only a minute's walk into town. Beautiful old building, very grand, and lovely staff. The room was comfortable with plenty of space and places to sit and put things. Perfectly clean, gorgeous bathroom too. Plenty of tea and coffee sachets, crisp clean sheets, plenty of plug / USB sockets by each bed :)
