Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United KingdomEnough space for me, very handy having a bus stop either side of the road to get in & out of the city. Also a tram stop about half a mile away. Plenty of on street parking at the back. Fairly quiet even though near a main road. Very functional, clean rooms

United KingdomThe room was very warm as no air conditioning. The fan was very much appreciated but couldn't keep window open due to noise levels from traffic.
Great location for our concert at Co-op Live. I liked the padlocked car park and key code to enter the building as I was a female traveling with my daughter so appreciated the extra security. The room was small and basic but perfect for a single night and would definitely stay again

KuwaitNo lift, I had to carry my luggage up 2 narrow flights of stairs. Also, reception is not there during working hours, you have to call them. Also, though it's by a bus stop, its a way out of city centre.
The room was clean, with shower cubicle. Tea & coffee supplied with a kettle. Bed & pillow were comfortable & clean.

United KingdomBrilliant location for Co-op Live, and plenty of places to get something to eat locally. Staff were really helpful and responsive to questions. The room was fairly basic (had a missing drawer, very small bathroom) but it was clean. Had everything we needed for an overnight stay, we would definitely stay here again if attending another event in Manchester.

United KingdomIt was only a short stay, so I couldn't think of anything I didn't like. The apartments suited all our needs. I read all the previous reviews, so I knew to take water and snacks with me.
We went to the Oasis concert and the apartments were handy for the city centre, 15 minute bus journey and the number 219 bus ran every 10 minutes. Bus stops outside the apartments. The apartments were really clean, tidy, warm, and quiet. Everything we needed for our stay. The only issue was there were no restaurants, takeaways, or shops near, so take snacks with you. The price was just right too in comparison to all the other really overpriced accommodation that weekend.

KenyaJust the floor in the bathroom was a bit cracked it made sound when you step on it n the toilet the way it is situated, quite uncomfortable. Also, it would be nice to offer disposable shower caps and slippers to use when entering the toilet/bathroom. And the fan could do with a bit of fixing
The cleanliness and friendly staff and I liked the bed it was very comfortable and the sheets were clean which I liked.

United KingdomThere’s not really much negative to say about this property, as it’s good enough value if you need cheap enough accommodation.
The property was in a good location for me as I was attending a concert at the Coop Live Arena. It’s also easy to get to the city centre with local buses and reasonably cheap taxi/uber (depending on the time of the day). The staff were very helpful and welcoming on arrival.

United KingdomParking wasn't clear. Instructions would have been good before arrival (needing a key code for to open the lock on the gate). Spaces are also very limited, which could have been mentioned in the description before booking. There is free street parking though. Room was also facing the road, which was a bit noisy.
Good location for co-op live arena. Comfortable bed and easy to find. Decent room.

United KingdomUnfortunately the room wasn't as clean as it should be. Stuff spilt on the walls that hadn't been cleaned off, door had large smudge marks on and the shower needed an extra bit of cleaning. It was a nice stay but it was not worth £194 for 2 night. £100 at max
The staff was absolutely lovely and very welcoming and helpful. The room was nice. Area was also nice
