We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

IrelandThe drinks at the bar were very expensive and they only offered pizzas when we went down to see if we could get lunch. There's no shops within walking distance, we had to walk 30 mins to the nearest shopping centre in Wythenshawe. I suppose thats expected with an airport hotel.
The hotel was a 10 minute walk from the the airport arrivals which is convenient if you only have small bags. The staff were very friendly and helpful especially James who got us a table at the busy buffet breakfast hall when we arrived, probably one of the best buffet breakfast I've ever had by the way. They let us check in 2 hours early free of charge because our room was ready which was nice. The room was spotless, quite small but we didn't mind as we were only staying for one night. I'd definitely stay here again.

Close proximity to the train station and airport. Room was beautifully clean and comfortable. Meal in the restaurant last evening was really good, and breakfast this morning was excellent. Staff all very friendly, polite and helpful. Great value for money, would highly recommend.
