Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Hooks in the hallway way when you come in the room and a soft night light in the bathroom so you don’t wake up your partner
The staff were fantastic but the room was confusing the lights were all lamps and spotlights and the black every where made us feel very depressed but the bed was very comfortable and clean my wife found it very difficult to see to put her make on

No one was around when I arrived at 11 pm. Eventually, I found someone. A bit stressful But all was well in the end

The shower in our room was too powerful which meant that the water sprayed off the walls all over the room. As it was a wet room and designed for wheelchair access the water just spilled out of the room, under the closed door and onto the carpet of the next room. We informed reception and they promptly mopped up and did what they could to soak up the water from the carpet. If you ask me, the pressure needs to be lowered and a water seal should be attached to the bottom of the door to stop water from leaving the room. Also look into the drain to see if it needs unblocking. We also felt the price of dinner was high when we ate in the diner in the evening.
The bed was comfy and the hotel itself looked well maintained.

No vegan menu, apart from chips which isn’t acceptable in this day & age. Also the prices were extortionate highest I’ve seen any hotel I’ve been in, and I’m talking about quality a la carte food.

Pillows was too soft and the shower should of been amazing but the head needed cleaning as a lot holes was blocked. Need up grade tvs so can actually either mirror or have Netflix on there
Fresh and clean. Loved the pool and bar. Had room service due to the football. Staff very friendly the young girl at the pool entrance Saturday around 17:15 just don’t match the engery other staff had. She wasn’t as friendly

Sound proofing in the rooms is non existent! Would never stop here again on a weekend as like trying to sleep in a nightclub!!

How ever some of the bed rooms need a attention broken bed side lamp but still in use standing lamp not working the shower was not warm although ther was a sign saying vey hot water. I have mentioned to reception and have taken note .. hasn't put me off .
Hello Team , Always a lovely stay and great atmosphere. all staff very accommodating. To me as I have mobility issues. With osteoarthritisas I'm ther often on business and leasure and also . have family in the area. Lovely bar and food. breakfast is good value for money and a huge plus for the leisure centre a swim after a long day .is well need .thanks guys .see you all shortly jo .p x

When you measure cost, comfort and service against distance from destination there was nothing we didn't like. Modern and great service.
We stayed whilst we attended a concert which had a bit of a commute but cost versus distance and service meant it was good value for money.
