We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

We stayed in a family room. It was run down but just perfect for our needs. The whole hotel felt like it was in need of an update but the staff at the front desk were so lovely and helpful and the location along with free parking was just perfect for us 👌. We'd stay again.

Room was clean, perfect with 3 separate single beds rather than a twin with a pull out bed. Breakfast was fine considering it was free. The hotel is old fashioned, but clean and comfortable. Although very antiquated, there were nice touches as an iron, trouser press, proper tea cups in the room, rather than paper in a lot of hotels, good sized kettle and in the bathroom miniture soaps and shower gels.

Room was as expected, bed was great, I slept like a log. Didn't have Breakfast as we were leaving early, but staff didn't ask or offer alternative. But to be honest we didn't need anything. this was the perfect location for our Wembley trip and I would deffo stay again.

The room we were in had stains all over the lampshades (i mean awful very noticeable stains!),one was fixed with sellotape! The eye hole had tissue pushed in it,the taps were absolutely covered in limescale,it didnt feel clean. Also it had an air con machine in it,that was huge and made so much noise!! Couldn't have it on. Wish I'd of taken photos.
Location for wembley was amazing,no standing in queues to get out. Staff were lovely on reception.
