Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

It could have been a bit cleaner but it wasn't terrible.
We stayed in a family room. It was run down but just perfect for our needs. The whole hotel felt like it was in need of an update but the staff at the front desk were so lovely and helpful and the location along with free parking was just perfect for us 👌. We'd stay again.

Noise
Room was clean, perfect with 3 separate single beds rather than a twin with a pull out bed. Breakfast was fine considering it was free. The hotel is old fashioned, but clean and comfortable. Although very antiquated, there were nice touches as an iron, trouser press, proper tea cups in the room, rather than paper in a lot of hotels, good sized kettle and in the bathroom miniture soaps and shower gels.

Rooms were dated and could do with a refresh. Air con system was archaic, very noisy and didn't cool the room at all
Breakfast was lovely. Hotel location was excellent for a concert at Wembley.

The WiFi was not working at all during our stay. I reported the issue to the staff twice, but nothing was done to fix it. My children kept complaining about the lack of WiFi, and we ended up having to buy extra mobile data to use instead.

Only the flooring need to be changed and pay more attention to keep it clean
Very comfortable the only downside was the floor not very clean and the table the bedding was clean For the price it’s worth staying there polite staff

Tv didn't work and the beer in the bar was poor, but I'm Scottish and very fussy. However this wouldn't stop me from staying again.
Room was as expected, bed was great, I slept like a log. Didn't have Breakfast as we were leaving early, but staff didn't ask or offer alternative. But to be honest we didn't need anything. this was the perfect location for our Wembley trip and I would deffo stay again.

The room really did need updating. We'd booked as a couple but there was only one cup left out. Only booked for one night so can't comment on much else

Very worn and tired looking,needs abit of an update and abit more care in the rooms. The room we were in had stains all over the lampshades (i mean awful very noticeable stains!),one was fixed with sellotape! The eye hole had tissue pushed in it,the taps were absolutely covered in limescale,it didnt feel clean. Also it had an air con machine in it,that was huge and made so much noise!! Couldn't have it on. Wish I'd of taken photos.
Location for wembley was amazing,no standing in queues to get out. Staff were lovely on reception.

Rooms need revamped, phone did not work to call reception, ironing board hanging off the wall, flushing the toilet resulted in the shelf above pushing up and knocking everything off.
Great location for Wembley Stadium.

Hotel feels rather tired and the price was driven by the convenience of its location to the Oasis concert at the Stadium.
