Too much impractical furniture in the room (i.e uncomfortable chairs by the window). Desk was useless with no power socket to plug in a laptop and no lamp for writing. I had to sit by the TV. Bathroom would benefit from better plumbing and a walk-in shower. Lighting and sockets by bed need to be addressed.

It's kind of noisy because of a road and large windows don't block engine sounds It was warm to the point I had to turn on the AC (in March!), since I couldn't open the windows because of the noise

The road is a very busy one with traffic all hours of the night you can hear through the windows. Also despite the booking reference of breakfast hours there was 0 food available.

The street is a bit noisy. There's a construction site nearby that I was able to hear about 9 am, but not at night. Also the location of sockets above bed is not convenient. My cables were too short. Better to place them on the sides, where the nightstands are. Having a shelf for toiletries in the shower could be nice.

Good value for money, fresh makeover, clean, spacious, nice staff. 2 workspaces. Comfortable bed Wifi is fine. Very good water pressure in the bathroom. Kettle, cups and glasses were provided. Spare blankets available. The most important thing for me was that the air conditioner is not above the bed but above the entrance, and there is a partial wall between it and the bed. The building doesn't get too hot so I was able to switch off the air conditioning for long time.

Stuff was unpolite. Made a big deal about early check in, even so before said its possible for 60lari. No room service. We stayed 4 nights 3 people and asked for cleaning. Somebody came and brought just clean towels - no cofee, no clean tea cups, no new soap. Very noisy from the street. Shower door was broken.

The only thing we did not enjoy much was the hotel's proximity to traffic, and the car noise made it quite uncomfortable at night. I hope they would install noise-proof windows to all the rooms facing the streets.

The hotel is clean and cozy. The staff is exceptionally excellent and cooperative. It is equipped with a lift, which made it easy for us to reach our rooms quickly, especially with our huge suitcases. The showers inside the rooms are excellent and water feels like a waterfall. Its location made it easy for us to reach any destination withing Tbilisi. I highly recommend it!

We stayed in the second floor and in the middle of the night the air conditioner was started to work. We guess it’s because the neighbors checked-in and turned on it. It was pretty loud. There is no r good soundproofing: we heard the neighbors from the other rooms.

My friend lives close to this hotel, so I was pretty familiar with the location. It’s a little bit noisy from the outside because of the car traffic. We had an option to choose the room.

I feel the breakfast starting at 9.00 is little late, especially when you have commitments in the early morning. It would be good if they could add a little variety to breakfast for the people who stay more than 1 day.

I stayed for 5 days but I have been given the same breakfast in the whole 5 days. It would be good if they could add a little variety. A very quiet and peaceful place. Good location. The staff is truly kind and helpful, converse in English language well.

the only issue that prevented this place being perfect was the bathroom smelt REALLY REALLY bad like damp and mouldy. We told reception but not sure if they did anything? It was almost unbearable.
