Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

BelgiumThe corridors and facilities might be a bit on the dark side, and is very hard to find the entrance as there are no indications of where the hotel is located, Is like entering from the service back door of the building and also the main door of the hotel once arrived to the floor where is located, is closed, having to enter from the service door. Very strange.
The hotel is very calm, room is very spacious and the bed and bathroom are very big

United StatesThe entrance is not marked — there is some renovation going on at the front of the building. We were able to find the entrance only because someone described it in the comments in details
It was very well located and rooms had everything you need

IsraelNot as clean as we would hope, the balcony was dripping rainwater from the ceiling, and the hot tub didn’t work (worked as a bath though). The kitchenette here comes equipped with a stove top, a microwave and a refrigerator, but none of these would work when you don’t even receive a teaspoon for the single-serve coffee bag. A little more thought as to the need of the visitors could go a long way (for example, you can add a little dish soap so we can clean the 2 glasses which were available to use).
A beautiful suite with great art on the walls and lots of room. Great value for the price and a great location.

CanadaRented a room with a kitchen, but there were no kitchen supplies. I was told at check-out that you have to ask the front-desk if you want kitchen supplies (maybe people were stealing supplies??), but if I rented a room with a kitchen, I'm expecting kitchen supplies and don't want to ask :) Other than that, would definitely book again!
Beautiful room, and very friendly staff. Great location close to everything you'll need.

ArmeniaWi-Fi was somewhat unreliable. Fortunately, it didn't bother me much since I had a mobile network (Magti) with good coverage. This year, the hotel introduced breakfast service, but there is room for improvement. The breakfast consisted of dry bread, a rather tasteless omelet, and yogurt. For me, it was more like a morning snack. One important note, unrelated to the hotel itself, is the presence of noisy and sometimes aggressive dogs near the building. They bark at night and even attempted to jump on me one morning. Just be careful.
It was my second stay at the Gallery Art Hotel. It's an excellent value for money. The rooms are spacious and clean with amazing view! The hotel's location was perfect for my needs, as I had to stay in Vake, and this hotel is undoubtedly the best option in the area.

CanadaJust one moment. I wish to pay the stay online by credit card, I booked this hotel to my sister. They hold a money from credit card, what is fine, but didn't take like a payment... My sister has to pay cash by herself and I have to spend a time to transfer amount for her by Western Union. It was so inconvenient. I was looking for hotel exactly to take a card.
Stuff was very friendly. Communication with hotel was excellent, I've got answers right away. Photo on the site exactly like in real suit looks like. It was easy to find hotel ,I read reviews, customers described very clear the way.

NetherlandsWe stayed there for 4 days and they didn’t clean the room even once!!! I asked them -they promised but nothing happened. They were definitely lying about cleaning policies because of different versions from 3 different people at the reception. They didn’t change any toiletry, I had to ask for the toilet paper and the towels. Sooo bad… for this price I definitely wouldn’t recommend. Ah and WiFi doesn’t work
Location is great and the room is spacious

AzerbaijanIt is a not recommendable hotel, we had very bad experience. The entrance was very difficult to find; internet is almost absent, no breakfast room, poor level breakfast is served to rooms, no cleaning between the days, there was no water on the second day and no alternative solution (bottled water, hygiene spray) was suggested. Never again!
It was central location and friendly staff

PolandThis is not a hotel. This is an upper floor of an office building, one big apartment turned into a hotel. It is difficult to find it. The lift is creepy and we often couldn’t use it because there was a renovation at one of the floors and they were brining building materials using this lift so it was often stuck. My room had a balcony, but it’s one balcony for several rooms. So strangers could have a party in front of your balcony door at night or look inside. The breakfast is a joke. We stopped ordering it as it was just toast bread (not toasted), a bit of butter, cheap Russian yoghurt and a cold omelette. WiFi is very slow.
The rooms are nice and clean. That would be it.

IrelandThe building where the hotel is is crap. Half-working elevator. A lot of broken/unfinished things in the building. Dangerous. Wifi is really bad. Room service/cleaning is bad - they just takeout the trash and give you towels, but do not fix your bed/replace your sheets.
Location. In the center. Chavchavdze Ave.
