Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The shower room is small. The mattress on the bed is old.
The cat comes to wake me up every morning. I’m glad I can have a private room at this price. It’s about a five-minute walk from the station, so it’s convenient to go anywhere in the city. The owner is very friendly.

I loved staying at Guest House Nise. The place is calm, clean, with good AC, comfortable beds, and in a great location to explore the city but not too close to the noise. Nato is such a lovely host, always available for a chat and to offer you a tea or a coffee. She works hard and the result is a fantastic experience for her guests. Thank you Nato!

Probably not an issue for everyone, but if you're a light sleeper like me, you can be kept awake by other guests turning on the communal lights and using the kitchenettes late at night.
The owners that work there (mother and daughter) are so lovely, friendly and helpful I'd stay here again just for them. Air conditioning works really well. A nice cat to keep you company.

Really enjoyed my stay there. Felt like I lived here for a while. Few minutes walk to metro station Avlabari, which is also starting point of daily tours or bus to Yerevan. Also it's not that far from Old Tbilisi and city centre. If you are looking for all of that and privacy also, just stay there.

The shared bathrooms are very small, but considering the price of the budget room it is still great value for money.
The owner is such a lovely person. She contacted me before my check-in and sent me a lot of information to make sure I can check-in on my own. The location of the guest house is perfect (quiet but still very central). It's very nice to hang out in the yard and drink some tea or coffee. Overall I felt very welcome here and would definitely come again.

I loved that place and my stay there! Nato is such a nice person and always so helpful. Her breakfast is very tasty and its a really relax and clean place to stay! I would definetely come back there!!

NATO and her cat Nia are the best hosts you can imagine... <3 no matter what, nato tries to solve every problem and is always there! The environment is also great, it is quiet and you are quickly in the center. They also serve coffee and the best pancakes in the morning!

The lady was super friendly and helpful. I rented the smallest room, but was very satisfied. It was clean, the location is close to the city centre, and the price is good! Highly highly recommended!

This is a really nice guesthouse, with comfortable rooms, good kitchen and clean. The house is located in a local neighbourhood with beautiful fresh market nearby. But the best thing is the host, Nato and her daughter are so lovely. Every morning she made a delicious coffee for me. I could never forget her warm hospitality.

Homestay with a few room all on ground floor. Room comfortable with bed and couch, small table and little kitchenette with fridge. Good shower with curtain (no wet floor!). Lovely coffee at start of each day, convenient location for doing day tours as many buses leave from nearby.

A great hostess, very attentive to her guests. Open, ready to help on many issues. The pancakes for breakfast were just great. The guest house is very conveniently located, it is very easy to find it, there is a cafe and a dining room nearby and it takes a few minutes to walk to the metro station.
