Facilities were slightly old but those issues are factored in to the price you pay!

The host family was very warm and welcoming, they were always available to help when we needed anything. The location was amazing, in the centre of old town but away from the noisy main streets.

I didn't have any complaints. (If you are a little fussy, be aware it's a wet bathroom).

I only met Nona for a very short time; she seemed nice. Check in/out and payment was hassle free. The location is very good quite close to Liberty Square and the cool cobblestone back streets. It's good value for money for a private bathroom. The WiFi worked well. If you are are used to basic hostels, I recommend this place. The room was warm.

Hard to find in the back streets but oknif you are staying a few days and get used to it. I didn't have so much contact with the owner.

The location was good once you found it, as hard to find in the meandering streets. The room was big enough and a comfy double bed and shower room and kitchenette to use..

Location, price, Nona & family, from the road it looks rather old . But the bed was good , it was quite, 6 min walk from two main squares etc, 2 min from shops, bars, restaurants 👨‍🌾

Everything. Small kitchenette which was perfect for breakfast and washing up. Our washing was done for free. Everything was super clean. We left in the early hours on our check out day and Nona came out to the gate to check we were all good and say goodbye.

Cute house in the heart of old town in Tbilisi. The terrace with huge trees which gives perfect temperature during hot summer days. Nona is friendly person and we felt very welcome at her place. Kitchen has all the facilities, the beds are comfortable and there is ac in the room. The location is perfect, close to Sololaki, river and botanic garden. Highly recommended!

I can't say I didn't like anything because the place is just what I expected it to be. I booked it because I wanted to stay somewhere authentically georgian, and I was not let down. The room and the bathroom were small, but I already knew that. Therefore, I am not going to complain about it.

As you can see, this is a rustic, very georgian property, so don't expect luxury. The place has got character and old-time charm. We were out most of the day and didn't spend too much time at the house. Nona is a very caring and friendly lady. She always checked up on us, making sure we were ok and asking if there was anything we needed. We felt welcome and safe. The area is quiet and only a few minutes walk away from the lively Kote Afkhazi Street where you can find food, shops, entertainment etc. We walked to every main attraction from where we stayed. I loved every bit about our stay, and I wish we could have stayed longer.

That was an awesome and cozy place in the stunning center of Old Tbilisi. 10/10 is my rate :) Super-cozy apartment, where you could cook something and there is 3-4 minutes to the main street with a lot of food and other. Here you can feel the emotions and mood of the city.

Nona and her family are kind and caring people, even though they don't speak English very well, their friendliness doesn't make you feel that. If you are looking for a price-performance place and are only coming to the room to sleep, you will hardly find a better place than here. You can walk everywhere and stay in the center of the city. Additionally, the room's internet connection is very good and the beds are very comfortable. There is even a place to sit and spend time in the garden. Thank you so much for everything.
