We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaThe road from the airport to the hotel, but bad untarred roads are very common in Ghana, and you will just have to get use to it. But the road from the hotel to town was much better.
Friendly staff. There’s a restaurant on premises with very good tasty food, and the hotel location happens to be close to the places I needed to go too. I will stay here again whenever I need too.

The Staff without exception was excellent when it comes to custumer Service. My room was changed when I asked for it . I had my shirts ironed. My flight was late evening and I didn`t have any problem in checking out later than the usual 12 noon

FinlandTheir exchange rate was outrageous and not based on the current rate. Ended up having to pay extra for the stay because of this (don’t trust the rate they give you when booking if paying with GHC). We were two yet everything in the room was for 1 so ended up having to share a towel. Pool area was crowded with local people in the afternoon/evening so if you want to swim, consider waking up early for a morning swim. Included breakfast was very basic (one tiny sandwich and milo) not sufficient at all. Very from the airport, with Accra traffic it can be up to 1.5h to reach.
The road there wasn’t as bad as some of the comments suggest. Seen much worse in Ghana. The hotel was well-maintained and the staff were friendly.

United KingdomVery little options in bar and restaurant, most things on menu were unavailable. I would expect a well stocked bar and kitchen, especially as it was holiday time. No 2nd pool at hotel, it was a 15 minute walk away and open to the public. Very noisy all day at the only outside area to relax. There is an additional charge, on top of menu prices, of 10cds for room service. Airport transfer is only one way, from airport, they obviously don't care about their guests once they have checked out.

GermanyThe offered Airport Shuttle is not really there, so it was up to us to get there with a Bolt. The roads were seriously bad, at some point the car had to make a detour to reach the place because the car couldn't go through the road, and a couple of times I thought I would have to get down and help the driver get unstuck. Maybe call the place and ask what the good road is.
The room was nice, it had a king bed. AC, TV and a bathroom with shower. Even though we arrived around midnight, someone got called to do the check in. Overall a nice place

GhanaThe hot water heater. There was smoke coming out of the wires which put me in a state of shock. Instead of fixing it, I think they should buy a new one for the safety of other guests who will be using that room.
I liked the food, they have the best chef I must say. Every meal was delicious. Such a serene environment to have good reflections and a great getaway from all stress of life. The waitresses were nice and professional, and once you opt for room service, they always deliver in a jiffy. Kingsley, one of the staffs was affable and when I informed him I left my charger at home, he gave me his charger to use for the 4 nights I spent there, such a kind gesture. I had a peaceful stay and felt sad when it was time for me to leave.
