“The accommodation was great. Breakfasts were top notch! We still remember the fresh orange juice and the hostess' home baked sweets. Our hosts were helpful in everything, the service was perfect. The accommodation was clean, daily cleaning was a reality. An advantage was the fact that when the shutters were closed it was possible to create absolute darkness in the apartment. As for the location, it was quiet. It is a short walk from the accommodation to the nudist beach Tzanaki. However, if you want to travel around the whole island, we recommend renting a scooter :).”
“The host provided us with complimentary transfer services from and to the port. Our room was recently renovated, very comfortable, equipped with small kitchenette and even a ‘dolce gusto’ capsule coffee machine. The views from our balcony were magnificent - over the Chora town and the sea. Location was great too, quiet, few minutes walk to the beach and the restaurants, pleasant 10 min walk to the Chora town. All in all, very good value, we felt welcomed and definitely would consider staying here again.”

“When traveling we usually spend one part of it for exploring and visiting as many places as we can. The other part we like to spend more time in the hotel and just relax, so we look for properties that can accomodate this.
And this place had it all - we just couldn't get enough of the pool, the garden, the upper patio. Add to this the great and rich breakfast, quiet surrounding and great people running the place and we could easily stay there for a week.
There are several good restauranst and groceries around and also bus/asty-move stop.
We had a great time and would visit again this hotel and the island of Astypalea.”
“Fantastic villa in lovely location just a few minutes walk uphill from a little beach with restaurants, 2 supermarkets and a bus stop. Lovely views from the terrace down to the beach and up to beautiful Chora with it's ruined castle on top which is lit up at night. Hosts were really friendly and brought us lovely, sometimes homemade goodies. Hope to return one day.”
“Our stay at Esperis was fantastic!
We spent there 13 nights and everything was just perfect.
The apartment is really spacious, there’s a wide kitchen with a table and sofa, a bathroom and a big bedroom. A private balcony with garden view completes the accommodation.
The apartment was cleaned and tidied up every day. New sheets and towels every other day.
The owner,ms, Ms Maria and her husband, are wonderful people, very kind and always ready to help. They always shared with us the delicious fruits from their garden.
The position is great, surrounded by nature, very silent, near the centre of Livadi, 5 minutes car ride from the Chora and 8 minutes from the airport.
I will definitely come back to Esperis when in Astypalea. I really recommend this accommodation!”
