Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

SwitzerlandNothing ! I would have like the restaurant to open earlier in the evening - but that was a personal choice - and anyway the snack menu - also available as room service- was excellent !
We were upgraded to a room with a private pool. It truly was a 5 star experience- probably the best we have ever experienced in the Greek islands. Everything about the room and service was excellent. It should be noted that not all the rooms are this good but I would recommend paying for this type of room. Our stay was so good we opted to stay for some extra days. The restaurant is somewhat expensive but the food is really excellent - as was the breakfast every morning. Beautiful beach about 5 mins walk away. Highly - highly recommended!

AustraliaI was in room 47, directly above kitchen and breakfast area. Lots of bangs and bumps until midnight. Noises restarted around 7 in the morning. Constant hum in the room during this time as machinery on roof. Also next to back up power generator.
Away from built up areas. Shuttle bus into town and nearby ferry to return. Great breakfasts. Lovely room with space including a large balcony.

United KingdomAs said the pick and return cost.
Plenty of choices in the breakfast buffet. Disappointed at the cost of a pick up and return to the port, feel a 5 star hotel should be able to provide this as complementary as is only 2.5 km. strangely they provide a shuttle bus to the town and bus free of charge.

United States of AmericaNeed transfer to go most places outside of the hotel, however, the hotel has a few shuttles a day to town. Located in the port town of Parikia, not Naousa.
This is our second time at the Agnanti Hotel. We were happy to see the grounds being so well maintained and updated. This luxurious hotel has a fabulous and helpful staff. Breakfast is HUGE, filled with hot and cold Greek and continental specialties. Views of the port are breathtaking. Love the new pool area, very posh. Coordinate with the main desk for ferry or airport transfers.

AustraliaTheir shuttle bus service only goes into town 3 times per day, which is not enough. The taxis are expensive and hard to find once in town. Two more shuttle bus trips per day is all that would be required.
We loved the facilities, the fantastic breakfast, the staff, the great sea views and the proximity to the beach. The main pool was very nice and the pool bar was a bonus. We were lucky enough to have a private pool as well.

ItalyThe only suggestion we could have is to improve the quality of the breakfast buffet. It was good but maybe not exceptional as we would have expected in such a hotel.
We were delighted to discover upon arrival that we had been upgraded to two beautiful suites with private pool and gym. The room were amazing and they really made our stay extremely pleasant. The staff was very nice too and our lunch and dinner at the restaurant were very good too.

United States of AmericaOnly downside was not being able to walk to town. The hotel provided a shuttle to Parikia a few times during the day which helped but it was only certain times which did not always fit our schedule.
We had the most amazing time at the Paros Agnati Hotel during our honeymoon! Our room was spacious, had a beautiful view, and a large patio with a hot tub! When we needed a break from the sun, the patio provided the perfect place for us to relax and still enjoy the view. The breakfast buffet at the hotel was the best I've ever had and we ate so much, we skipped lunch most days which helped reduce costs. Every staff member we encountered was so welcoming and friendly, it truly made us feel special. The hotel is a short walk from Krios Beach and has a wonderful pool for relaxing as well!

United KingdomThe breakfast selection was a little stale and greasy. I would have preferred a greater selection of fresh fruits, salads and pastries.
I unexpectedly got an upgrade to a generously spacious suite with a private pool. It was a wonderful surprise. The hotel staff were faultless from beginning to end: they even organised my transport to Paros airport at 4:30am. Although the hotel was located about 10 minutes from the main town of Parikia, the hotel provided a shuttle bus service to town three times a day, so you could enjoy the idyllic surrounds of the resort without feeling like you're missing out on the town. The restaurant served a delicious Greek salad. The outdoor gym/weights area was a nice touch. Although some of the weights were a little rusted, it's completely understandable given it's outdoors.
