Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The triple room was quite small and the window was really small. It felt a bit claustrophobic.
Very helpful staff and absolutely great location for visiting the cultural hotspots and going to the beach.

Rooms were on the small side.
Location was just outside the Acropolis central area and the area was safe even at night. There was breakfast which included fruits.

The property was well established. The only thing missing is a disabled ramp at the entrance. There is no connection on the design of the entrance for this matter
The morning shift girls were super kind and helpful! Maria form the reception and Theony the breakfast waitress looked after me like I was a family member! Although I was travelling alone and here was not a single moment I felt lonely!

The room is very small. The bathroom door has no lock. Also, the bathroom door is made of translucent glass. So it's not comfortable staying in the room with anyone else. The corridor is also very small. The hotel is next to a strip club, but didn't face any issue.
The breakfast was a good spread. The rest of the dishes available in the restaurant there was also good and affordable. The room is small but most things are there. There is no ramp. You'll have to climb a few steps.

The neighborhood, right next to a few strip clubs and big road and felt a bit seedy when we walked home in the evening. It's close to a nice neighborhood, but just be aware you are five-ten mins walk away from it.
Good size room for a family of four. Fine for just one night stay before flying home.

The elevator can only fit two people. Stairs seem pretty steep.
Breakfast is good. Their restaurant is also open for lunch/dinner. The room is big for its value. It comes with a small desk, big bed (probably king-sized) and air conditioner. Very comfortable for sleeping. The room was cleaned everyday when I was there. Staffs are very friendly and nice. They let me check in one hour earlier and they also have luggage storage room for arriving early morning.

The airconditioner was very difficult to adjust for the dimensions of the room to work well at night - but this is a common problem at many accomodations. The window was not really usable, there was a very narrow space between two buildings, the window opened almost on the opposite wall, no light came in.
The location of the hotel was fine - easily accessible by public transport. Personel was kind and helpful, breakfast okay. Bathroom was clean and renewed, Bed okay.

Good hotel for business travel. Proper breakfast and good wifi. In-house restaurant with good food. If you book a junior suite (two available rooms) you have a great balcony with a large terrace and a jacuzzi.

The hotel is next to a strip club which plays extremely loud music all night. Kept me from getting any sleep.
Staff very friendly and helpful. Had medical emergency and they were very helpful.

I didn't realize it was such a family friendly place, so can't say I was happy to be able to hear kids screaming or babies crying every now and then, so the lack of sufficient soundproofing in the rooms definitely wasn't the best.
Great location and lovely staff that didn't hesitate to help when we were asking for food recommendations. The breakfast was alright, but it was also brilliant that you could order a hot drink in the evening as well as their bar was open at night too. The room decor and lights were nice. Plus the quality of the linen was simply amazing.
