It is difficult to explain: it has a kind of dated look even if everything is kept in perfect conditions. It has this international feeling that can give reassurance to some but experienced travellers maybe would like to have more of a Greek style in it.

It has the upmarket feeling, especially the suites. Breakfast was good. Nearby the street with all the car rental, so a good place for 1 night between airport and pick up of a car for exploring the country

The treadmill was a tad outdated.

The staff was so helpful and friendly! We had an issue with our original airport transportation and they went out of their way to make sure we were able to get a ride! Loved the facilities as well.

Love this little European style high end hotel—all the details perfect and very clean and efficient. Tiny elevator and smaller rooms (vs US standards) but therein lies the charm. Has all the amenities and the BEST location and value, a few blocks from the Acropolis Museum. Folis and beautiful front desk lady and every person there was kind and helpful and amazing!!!

There was nothing we didn't like about our stay.

The front staff was very welcoming. Our room was very clean and comfortable, and we loved the two balconies. The welcoming wine and treats was a very nice touch. We especially enjoyed the rooftop garden. The staff at the bar was amazing. We chose to eat dinner at the bar area two of the three nights we stayed at the hotel. The food was also exceptional. We would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Great location for walking. Staff very helpful and gave great recommendations. Having a rooftop bar was a great addition to relax in the evenings. I would definitely recommend staying there.

THE BEDS. The beds were too soft. Now with most of the people having back problem, a firmer bed would have been much appreciated.

Didn't tell us we had to put our key card into the socket in the wall to get the electricity to work. We had to call down to be told. Huge stain on the carpet that looked wet but was dry to touch. AC was really, really bad. Cooled a little, but even on the lowest setting with the curtains pulled shut to stop the sun during the day, we were still sweating all night. The room was never cool, just standable during the day. And this was in October, glad we weren't there during the summer heat. Comfortable bed but on the very firm side. The bathroom really needs to be fixed. Light around the mirror flashing and clicking constantly. The shower head holder loose and felt like it was going to fall out. Silicone around the bubble bath was peeing, and I really don't want to know what was under those edges. Roof top restaurant was crowded and understaffed. Seemed to be a huge tourist group, so other people came over and stood next to our table talking to the next table at an EXTREMLY loud level border to yelling. This went on for an hour at least, so no peace to eat AT ALL. It was really not acceptable, but I didn't have the energy to start a fight when the staff obviously didn't think it was out of order.

The location and the nice room and rooftop restaurant. Loved the breakfast. Was allowed to check out an hour later to match when we needed to leave for the airport.

There was nothing we didn’t like.

Everything ! The staff are all exceptionally helpful and friendly. Everyone at the Front Desk, the restaurant team (delicious food) the housekeeping and the porters are always so nice. We would like to take Helen home with us 😊 The location is excellent and we loved our room. It was our 2nd stay….we were also at the hotel in October 2023. We have told our friends if they are travelling to Athens, don’t stay anywhere else ! We also loved the furnishings and decor. Breakfast has plenty of choices…the Greek yogurt is the best we’ve ever tasted 😋

Had a small balcony street view.. Athens isn’t ideal for views but that’s not a problem. Everything else was great.

Staff was excellent.. accommodated early check in, beautiful rooftop restaurant/bar with gorgeous view of acropolis. Food was decent.. breakfast buffet great but make sure you include with reservation. Room was clean, quiet, bed was very comfortable.
