Excellent location, 5-10 min walk from pretty much everything in the city centre. The room was comfy with a large bed and very nice bathroom. The breakfast was really good. The staff were all very nice and helpful. My go-to hotel whenever I stay in Athens for some time now, hasn't disappointed yet.

Being on a side road it was still very loud in the night also our room was next to the lift which was so noisy. Breakfast was ok needed a bigger choice especially with the hot items and more fruit choices. Basically a nice small hotel but very noisy. We were booked for the Athens Diamond but it was closed for renovations so when we got there we were taken to their sister hotel The Marbulous… we should of been told this by Booking.com that the Athens Diamond was closed but we weren’t so not happy about that.

When I booked a stay at the hotel - Boooking gave us a free cab from the airport, but when we arrived at the hotel, the hotel staff asked us to pay 50 euros. Especially since I warned the hotel in advance that the cab was given to us as a bonus. Unpleasant impression. There is no communication between the hotel and Booking on this occasion. Be careful with cab payment !!!

Bit odd finding out on arrival that you had to go to the hotel opposite on order to gain access... but it was all sorted quite efficiently.

Fairly close to station. Comfortable bed. Delicious breakfast brought to room. Helpful staff.

Shower in room is not conventional, not much privacy, would be better if glass door was frosted instead of just clear. In room safe did not work. No drawer space for clothing, had to just live out of my suitcase.

Toilet was broken and wifi dropped in and out. Would have liked to have access to something on TV that was not in Greek. Reception is not at the property but across the road at another hotel . The basket is good. However we stayed 3 days and you would become sick of the same thing if there any longer as there was no variation to it .

The only thing I didn't like was the curtains. I tend to like the room very dark when I sleep. The room is painted white, and with the light coming in through the windows from the hotel across the street, the room is very bright, even with all the lights off. It would've been nice to have curtains that would block out the light coming through the window at night. Not a deal breaker for me, I would stay there again

Although we were only here one night, we LOVED our stay here. The room was clean and nicely furnished, the bed was comfortable and the staff was so accommodating. We had just gotten off a 7 day cruise and decided to spend a day in Athens to see the sights. We arrived early so our room wasn't ready yet. The staff held our bags for us while we visited the sights. When we returned to the hotel, our room was ready with our suitcases already brought to the room. We already know that if we return to Athens, we will be staying here again. Centrally located to the sights of Athens and very close to the Syntagma Metro station

All I can say is WOW. What a beautiful room! the breakfast served is just amazing and the staff a so helpful with information and booking tours .
