Incredible sincerity and caring staff, delicious breakfasts, cozy room with a balcony on a quiet street

We loved our stay at Batis Hotel! Everything went perfectly, we were there for 4 nights. The girl at the reception was very positive. We had an early flight and they managed to do our check-in at 10 am, so we didn't have to wait with our baggage until 3 pm! I am looking forward to coming back again to Batis!

Stayed in the studio apartment on ground floor - well equipped allowing us to prepare simple meals for ourselves. Staff very friendly and helpful. Close to the beach, and there is a bookshelf with a selection of books in a choice of languages to borrow and read on the beach!

The breakfast was nice but it was the same every day. I stayed for two weeks so I got a bit tired of it.

The hotel was amazing. I had a spacious newly renovated room. Everything was very clean and fresh. The bathroom was perfect, the shower had really hot water and a good water flow. The wifi dropped a couple of times but in general it was good. The hotel is about 20-30 mins walk from the city center but there're plenty of shops, restaurants and other places in the area. It's quiet at night. The stuff stayed up after midnight to meet me. In general they were very friendly and helpful with any question that I had. For example, they helped me cover the window in the bathroom as it was letting to much light into the main room in the morning — a pretty creative thing.

Greek plumbing but can’t be helped.

Location, cleanliness, provided me with a soft mattress when the bed was too hard for me. Perfect stroll to beautiful old town. Sea view. Beachfront

A little bit noisy from the street

Very pleasant and always ready to help staff Good location, beach just across the road, 20 min to the Old Town. There are a lot of good restaurants and bars. Cozy area near pool. Nice sea view from the room and breakfast area.

In front of our room was a bar and it can get quite loud some nights.

Hotel is directly in front of the beach and has plenty of restaurants close by. Room is always kept clean by the cleaning lady.

Happy with everything

Great hotel- Location is excellent, just across from beach, great bar down stairs. Tons of restaurants nearby, along strip. Old town is fabulous 10 minutes walk- worth it

The seaside view was great and the service from Albina and Haris was outstanding- they were so helpful and warm and welcoming. Breakfast was lovely too. The room was renovated nicely and the bed was big which was great with the bar downstairs very handy for late night drinks!

Nothing, everything was perfekt.

The staff was lovely and our room was very clean and newly renovated. The location was perfekt with the beach infront of the hotel and a bar. Extra love to the staff for everything. The hotel is also very close to the old town. 10 min walk.

Lovely and very modern rooms with sea view and very helpful hotel staff. I felt very comfortable and would definitely book again. Also the rooftop terrasse is amazing. Location is amazing as well as the beach is infront.

Photo on booking.com shows a king bed, but it's actually two twins pushed together with no topper so it's not very comfortable for two people. I mainly chose this hotel for the king bed, so that was disappointing. Also, the shower water is somewhat warm, but definitely not comfortable or hot for a normal shower.

The hotel is renovated, very comfortable room. Very nice terrasse with view to have breakfast. The Beach bar is very nice. 10 minutes walk to downtown

We spent our honeymoon in Crete. Everything was perfect, our room was very big, clean, with stunning sea view🤍 The staff was very friendly, kind , if we needed anything they helped us immediately. The breakfast was delicious. Definitely recommend this hotel if you want to have a great vacation in Crete☀️

Not really a dislike but I thought the table service breakfast arrangements quite hard on the staff - particularly if everyone arrives at once.

The hotel was newly renovated, comfortable and with a great location for the beach! Old Town a good 25 minute walk. Bed was extremely comfortable and the efficient AC very welcome.Staff were unfailingly friendly and helpful with good communication. Breakfast views from the roof were fantastic. Pool area was small but nice to sit in the shade of a late afternoon.
