The beds were a little hard for our liking.

Had a beautiful view right on the cliff. Close to a grocery store and right off the main road. Nice beaches close by. A large kitchen with everything we needed. The hosts were so kind and helped solve any problem we had.

I highly recommend it. The owners are very kind and helpful. The place is clean and well-equipped. It’s located right by the sea. Close to the airport. There are shops, restaurants, and beaches nearby.

We liked everything & had a wonderful break.

This is a well equipped apartment in a wonderful location at a good price. Irini & her mother were lovely & Arkasa is beautiful. If we possibly can, we’ll return next year.

Nice well equipped greek appartment, very close walking to village (taverns & music bar!) and beach (fantastic tavern!), all in good state, nothing damaged, fantastic relaxing bed, unspoilt sea view, very friendly owners!

Note that there is no liquid dishwash. For is, the bed wasn’t the best but it is the matter of preferences. Overall a great stay, would book again!

The fridge is super loud, we could not sleep with it turned on. We had that problem in many apartments though.

Very nice apartment on the upper floor. We had a huge terasse overlooking the ocean. The way to the beach is about 15 minutes by foot on the street. The beach is very nice with a little cute beach bar where we got our daily decaf Frappé. Supermarkets and restaurants are even closer. The kitchen is equipped with two burners, a kettle and basic cutlery and dishes, enough for basic meals fror two. The best thing about the place: Poppy the owner who lives close by and will help you with absolutely everything. So nice and so helpful! It does get windy up there, but we would definitely stay there again. Value for money is unbeatable.

Lovely studio apartment in Arkasa. Two of the rooms are upstairs and few others downstairs. There is a view to the sea. Basic kitchen but works for preparing something small. Bed was nice karpathian style. Bathroom ok too. Supermarket is few minutes away.

Hiking in Karpathos and staying every night at a different place, my only regret is not having stay longer at Arkassa and this place. To note it can be very windy !

The studio is well located with market and restaurants nearby. It's very clean, large enough with functional kitchen and small terrace. It's traditional room and furniture with all amenities. I really recommend this place. Lovely welcome too from owner

The mattress was very stiff but that's a personal taste.

Nice, clean, spacious, traditional room, with all the amenities needed. The building is located right above the sea and the view is amazing! Wi-Fi in the room is very good. Eirini and her mother are really nice ladies. There was a small issue with the payment but solved immediately. Check in and check out process really quick and easy. Arkasa, the village, is really beautiful and very convenient located to explore the island.

I hope this review will help the host to improve the offer. I booked the studio with Booking.com and I was expected to get the apartment with balcony and sea view. Instead I got a studio on the ground floor, with a small patio adjacent to other 3 studios, where basically no privacy is guaranteed as there Is no separé or anything like that between the patios. When I asked for the studio on the first floor with balcony and privacy I was told I should have asked that one after I booked the studio on booking.com. I'm sorry but there Is NO such indication when you make the booking, in the details of your studio you will find all the pictures of the entire building, not only the pictures of the studio you actually booked! So I discovered the trick when I Asked for it, this is not Fair! I also complained with booking.com, this is not a fair policy and they should have overviewed. As Always the guest should get exactly what he booked, no way to show the pictures of all 6 studios and when you check in get the worst one! The host should understand (if they travelled they should know It) the guest on vacation expects the best and not the worse, they Need relax and privacy. Now let's speak about the studio itself. We paid 68€ per night, total of 6 nights. The furniture are quite old, a small table with a plastic tablecloth, a kind of sofà so unconfortable you can't sit so much, the chairs as well. The bed is so hard and tight you cannot sleep well. Bathroom has a shower tray with curtain, one small wooden window with no net. No detergent to wash dishes, we asked for It and we got some. Anything like salt, sugar of course, how to think a bottle of water? No way! But yes, this Is common in other studios. In the studio there is very poor wifi connection, basically impossible, you should go outside to get It properly. Outsider, a small patio, two chairs and a plastic table, ok for breakfast, dinner etc.
