I will come back. The room was very comfortable, the location is great and the staff are fantastic hosts. They made us feel at home. Olga was super kind and gave us excellent suggestions for places to visit and restaurants.

- the only hassle is the walking shower with a not-sealed glass pane, the bathroom is flooded after each shower. - door lock is noisy.

+ nice small hotel, excellent cleanliness, good wifi, perfect location. + mattress very comfy, pillows a bit too thick.

This place is an absolute love! Nice, clean, warm and welcoming. We stayed here for two nights and we suddenly found out in the weekend that we will have to work on Monday (we were planning to have a day off, check out during the normal hours, and walk around the city before the flight). We were allowed to work in the hotel for almost the whole Monday, we are extremely thankful for it as we had no idea where we will be working otherwise. Olga loves her country and her city for so much, this is really inspiring. Olga prepared for us the list of restarting and villages to visit, and recommended some bars in the evening!! So much passion and dedication to your work and your place of living is astonishing. We loved it and will definitely go back!

I absolutely loved my stay at Central City! Awesome location and factualities, and even better people! Olga and the other staff members helped me with a late check in, had a taxi waiting for me at the airport, and gave me recommendations for the city! Can’t recommend this place enough!

It feels like a boutique hotel, with a touch of Scandi design. Breakfast (great coffee! great yoghurt! great spinach pie!) is served on the open rooftop terrace, from where you can already see the sea :) For me, this was a great start for each day of exploration :) The room was super clean and the staff, indeed, really friendly and helpful. Many thanks to Eleftheria, Olga and Nicoleta! Oh, and of course the prime location - 3 minutes to the old town, 2 minutes to taxi station, 2 minutes to bus station, 1 minute to supermarket, 8 minutes to the sea shore, 15 minutes to Nea Chora beach etc.

Sometimes, there was bad smell coming from the bathroom. We did not have the chance to understand where it came from, because it was sporadic.

We spent a lovely time in the central city hotel. Special thanks to Olga who was very helpful and very pleasant to talk with. Sharing time with her was very appreciated. Cheers also for the ladies on the breakfast poste: it was just perfect.

Situation along a busy road and a room on the street side means noise. Also bass sounds from some bar (?) kept coming till very late and caused a very noisy stay until early morning. But we could handle it. One little thing as an improvement in the room would be a hook or two in the bathroom and even in the room itself. ( I mean hooks to hang some clothes)

Very friendly staff. Room was modern and pretty. Looking clean. Did enjoy the atmosphere and looks of the place. Breakfast at the rooftop was nice.

The bathroom was quite small, it's sometimes challenging with your wet towels and bathing suits, not to mention the sand from the beach.

Spent the loveliest week here, in this little gem. The hotel is situated perfectly, close to everything (old town, bus station, stores), but not in the most touristy area which is great. Olga was incredible, she went out of her way and created a hand-written list of recommended restaurants for is and also made some copies of bus timetables. The breakfast was amazing each morning, nice variety of savory and sweet things to eat, and that fresh orange juice ...

All thwe staff were very helpful. Thanks to Olga and the other receptionist who gave us helpful tips where to go and also a list of good restaurants. The hotel was centralised and easy to travel with the buses to various places.

Our room was facing the road so passing traffic could be noisy.

Lovely modern hotel just outside the walls of the old town. Very welcoming staff. Olga kindly helped us plan out our short stay and gave us a list of lovely places to eat and drink.

Even if some of the cakes were very good, the food was almost the same everyday. It was enough to keep your energy level until late noon/evening, but if it were more diverse, it would have been better. Bathroom door is not my favorite, it does not offer the intimacy level I would expect.

This hotel has a perfect location, close to the port and all good restaurants. The room was very clean and it was maintained so on a daily basis by the hotel staff. Very friendly staff, they recommended many good restaurants and beaches.

Location was perfect for all the sites of Chania. The Venetian habour is only a ten minute walk away, the bus station is a five minute walk and there is a large supermarket only two minutes walk away! The complementry breakfast was delicious and plentiful. All of the staff are a credit to the world of hospitality.

Perfect for what we were looking for, can’t find any.

The room was very clean assuming that we used to go to sandy beaches of Chania reagion. Olga and her staff were very helpful and amazing people to interact with. They helpt us since day one for every question and needs we would have. The breakfast was very pleasant and enough to start the day properly. Would really recommend even to move around Chania because the buss stacion is very near and the Old Venetian Port also in just a walkable 5 min distance.
