We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.

By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

UkraineDuring check-in, we were not informed that guests only receive bottled water in the room upon arrival. There are supermarkets nearby, so you can buy some. Yet, my experience with similar hotels was different - normally, bottled water is refilled during daily cleaning. The quality of the still water in the main and lunch/snack restaurants is questionable - the water tastes salty. The hotel territory is considerably small, so you cannot have long strolls there. Most of the space is occupied by chaise lounges. Most of the evening entertainments were delivered by the animators, which felt very amateur.
The room is amazing - very spacious, light, and comfortable. There are two balconies with a direct view of the sea. We were on the top floor, right in the center of the main building. The beach is sandy with showers, toilets, and changing rooms nearby. Hotel staff and animators were friendly and helpful. I enjoyed stretching/yoga, and aqua gym training. The food was hearty and delicious.

United KingdomOur balcony was so small that we couldn't both sit down at the same time which was frustrating and we felt that there could have been more choices at meal times. However other than that we had a great time!
The bedrooms were clean and well appointed and the hotel staff were so lovely! The pool was great and we loved the hotel’s private beach.

RomaniaLifeguard on the beach was too anxious. He was closing the sea when it was not really necessary. As I can see, there are a lot of complains on his job, so probably the hotel management should have a word with him about his aproach to the safety🙂
Large hotel with its own territory. Food and drinks were quite good, apart from the water which was used for tea/coffee and cocktails. It has a taste of soda and spoils the taste of the drinks a lot. But in general the dishes are variable every day and the variety of dishes was excellent. In addition, the view from the restaurant to the sunset is magnificent.

UkraineThe hotel, in general, requires some renovation, especially room's doors. They are very old The taste of soft drinks and some cocktails are weird because of the use of some chlorine water. It is either they are cleaning machines with it or mixing soft drinks with water, but it is impossible to drink. So better to ask, pour your soft drink not from the machine but from the bottle. The sea. We were quite disappointed that 4 days in a row, we were not allowed to swim due to waves. Even so, the waves were not that big, and all people are adults and can take responsibilities. The baywatch was not allowing even to enter water. What is funny, the baywatch working hour is from 10 to 18, so everyone was swimming before 10 and after 18 as no one was caring anymore and there were no guards. As people are coming to such hotels on beachfront for a reason to swim in the sea, not in the pool (the beachfront hotels are usually expensive even), it would be better if baywatch just would do their job watching people swim carefully and not far than not allowing to enter water at all.
The all-inclusive option here is very good. We have been to many all-inclusive resorts in Greece, this one so far the best. Even so the hotel is 4 stars, the quality is high. The food selection, bars, the animation team, the stuff in general - everything was really good.

United KingdomNothing the hotel could do about this but bear in mind smoking is allowed in public outdoor areas in Greece such as restaurant seating, by the pool etc. So if you are not a smoker be ready to be a passive smoker for a few days!
Nice comfortable rooms with a great view of the sea as well as the mountains from our room. Staff at the front desk were very accommodating and in general staff were very friendly. Buffet had a good selection and I recommend using your one complementary meal at the set menu restaurant which was lovely with great views of the sunset.

United KingdomThe sofa bed is not comfortable. The water can be choppy and you won't be allowed to swim if this is the case. They have a red/amber/green system. I'm not sure how much they can police this but they do have a lifeguard. Some of the food was a little bit under seasoned but overall very nice. The location isn't great if you want to do anything outside the hotel, however this didn't bother us as we just wanted to relax. The hotel isn't really near any towns, but it is on the bus route.
This place is perfect if you just want to chill for a few days. The food and drinks on offer are very decent, lots of places to lounge by the pool. It's also right on the beach. There are several very cute friendly little cats (very unobtrusive). The guests are generally not British but from other parts of western Europe. There is a very full animation programme that we never participated in, but seemed very popular. Staff are all friendly and efficient.

The food was also amazing with a lot of verity but the best thing was the pizza at evening, big ups to him for best pizza I eat. UkraineAt first, we were shocked that sunbed "reservations" started at 6 a.m. But it all depends on the guests habits, the staff can probably take those towels away after a certain period of time if no one comes, but still. And later we also had to get up early to take places we like the most. But don't worry, there will always be places, even if you come in the middle of breakfast. We could never find a spot on the beach, but then we found our favourite spot under a palm tree on the grass and we really enjoyed it there!
For now - it's my favourite all inclusive hotel. I've been to many all-inclusives in other countries, but this hotel, it exceeded my expectations. Maybe I didn't expect anything, I thought “at least they would feed me and there would be no russians” but here we came and every day we said that this is incredible hotel and it has a place in our hearts. Here is some info: 1) This is an adult hotel. And that says it all. This is WOW. When you want to relax, to have a quite place, to swim quietly and read a book, this is the perfect place. Sometimes it seemed to us that people were whispering to each other when they were lying on the sun loungers so as not to disturb others. And overall, I liked the hotel guests, no drunk and shouting people, but polite and calm people. 2) Staff. Well, this is a separate love. We often talked to animators and bartenders. They are so cool and nice people. We already miss you Stelly, Chris, Alex, the cool lifeguard at the pool and the bartenders. The kitchen and restaurant staff - you are just beyond praise, you are super professionals! 3) Room. We had a junior suite. Very well maintained, beautiful and stylish. Had everything we needed. Very clean and cool view from the terrace! 4) Food. OMG!!! How delicious and varied it was! I don't like oatmeal, but here I ate even it :)) I liked absolutely everything. There are evenings of different cuisines, for example, Greek, Italian, Asian, etc. There was always different meat, every day there was some kind of fish, and sometimes a whole aquatic kingdom (tuna steaks, salmon, shrimp, octopus, mussels, and other types of fish). Sweets are just the top. Lots of fruits, vegetables, salads, pizza, pasta, soups and much more. As for drinks, we used to buy water in the store. The taste of beverages from the machine - like salt water. Cocktails also have a slightly salty taste, so we ordered a Prosecco. 5) Hotel.
