Very friendly and helpful staff. Amazing breakfast. Nice setup of the hotel. Quiet rooms. Very good service. Nice pool, comfortable sunbeds, towel service : all great! Will definitely recommend it. The hotel manager is very responsive to comments : I told her that along the coast every now and then we were on the Turkish mobile network without knowing and thus with unexpected high costs involved. I suggested her to make a note for the guests to be alert for this. She immediately took notice of this issue and will notify the guests. .

Prefer it to be adult only. If drink prices were cheaper we'd have spent more time and money in the hotel bar

Personally I didn’t like the bright white lights in the room at night - would recommend having a side lamp with a dimmer or yellow light to wind down for bed time - other than that there are no complaints.

The breakfast had a wonderful variety for the whole family with quality fresh food. The pool was great and the pool service excellent. The staff were truly exceptional. We all had the best stay.

It's in an odd location but not that far out of town, it's not a long walk.. you can hire bikes. We hired a car.. so it's not a deal breaker by any stretch.

The staff are awesome (Thanks Despina). Excellent service. Great breakfast.. and I mean the best I've experienced yet.. anywhere and I've stayed at a lot of hotels.We loved it.

This was a great experience and the hotel was absolutely divine. All staff members were so friendly and attentitive. The hotel itself is only 10 minute walk to the heart of the old town, and was extremely peaceful and relaxing for our time there. Breakfast had a great number of options and was delicious, and we had dinner there one night which was great. The lunch options were also great and the quality of the cocktails on offer was outstanding.

Given the location you can hear dogs and roosters during the night! In part this was because we had to open the door as it wasn’t aircon season yet 🥵

The hotel had some lovely touches. The loungers were so comfortable and you get a lovely welcome drink, shown to your room- lovely bottle of greek wine, nibbles! The room was such a good size as had small couch in another room. The balcony was great to sit out on as well.

Some facilities for kids to play maybe a game room as the pool was very cold.

Overall everything was great, staff are very friendly especially Konstantina at the reception who was very helpful and friendly. The food is amazing and the quantity was beyond expectations. Rooms were lovely, had everything we needed. Neat and clean boutique hotel.

Excellent welcoming by hotel staff at the reception, from arrival they made us comfortable by providing excellent service. Hotel looks amazing, modern looking with adding special details like organic bathing set, welcoming bottle in the room and cleaning service. We loved the food menu at the restaurant, managed by the professionals team, they made sure we are happy at the restaurant. We felt home and will go back.

Because it was off peak time we could use the spa facilities

The breakfast was great because the food always tasted fresh and was not cold. The staff were very friendly and helpful . We were able to book taxis from the reception which was incredibly useful. The entire hotel was clean all the time with the exception of the pool which had a bit of dirt on our first day- probably because the hotel had just opened for the season.

The location is just a bit further from the town centre than expected. Free bikes or something would easily solve this

The shower was a bit dirty and could have done with a refresh or deep clean. The toilet seat was old and worn but it was clean. The lights in the room were very bright and florescent, no way to dim the lights. The room overall was only ok, it wasn't very cosy but we were out a lot so we didn't mind.

Loved the pool area, great to chill with a cocktail... also great cocktails! The staff were so lovely and kind. The breakfast was fantastic, so many options to choose from, even for vegetarians. Delicious fresh fruit every morning. I loved the location, it was very close to everything in Kos town and with bikes, it's very easy to get around. They gave use a free bottle of local red wine on arrival with some fruit, a lovely touch!

This hotel was great! The personnel was great, they always had a smile and made us feel welcome. We received a small welcome gift. The food at the restaurant was always amazing and the breakfast included was delicious! The rooms were really comfortable and had great small details like bathrobes and sleepers. Our stay was amazing!

Great location - peaceful but easy walk into Kos town. Plenty of choice for breakfast. Nice pool area. Complimentary water, fruit and bottle of wine. Staff friendly and gave some grea recommendations for restaurants in old town.

Fantastic experience Could not fault the friendly, helpful, and professional staff. Right from arriving, we were greeted with a smile and cool drink. That set the tone for the remainder of our stay. The facility and rooms were clean and tidy with excellent pool and breakfast. The semi rural setting also added to the experience of peace and quiet, but only a 15 min walk to the main port. Many local restaurants within closer walking distance.
