Modern and fully equipped studio with an unforgettable view on the bay of Tolos. The host met us by the property to give us the keys and was willing to help us at all times. The flat is clean and it has everything one needs for a comfortable stay. Highly recommended.

Great view. Everything was excellent. There is parking area, beautiful room with a lot of facilities. Very clean. A great choice near the sea and near Nayplio. Tolo is a very beautiful village.

Place was very clean. Balcony views were amazing with a great airer for wet things. Great shower with really good water pressure if needing to wash long hair. Furniture throughout was modern

A really minor but rather funny blemish. The clothes rail was built in the wrong direction and wrong place, that one part of the wardrobe was not usable.

The view was fantastic!!! A short walk to the Main street of Toló. Everything was new with a nice design. Electric shutters, ac and awning helped against the heat of the sun. Staff way very friendly, gave and offered daily service. A comfy, quite soft bed. We loved the really very steep road for our daily workout.

He did not respond to my message on booking when I prevent I was going to be a few hours late so I did not know if they were expecting or what to do next.

The property is very beautiful and brand new. The view is jaw dropping. The australian lady from the cleaning service was super helpful and proactive. The owners help me to get a cab, and they were very flexible and open for feedback. It is a gift to have experienced this place. The beaches of Tolo are beautiful. Very recommended!!

The bathroom can definitely be improved: Handheld shower head was a bit old and didn't have a holder; toilet seat had some weird relief that made it seem unclean even though it was most probably clean - cleaning lady came every day; bathroom mirror was hung too high (only usable for tall people); there was only one shelf over the sink and nowhere to put stuff when showering or a place to put your towel; sliding bathroom door could not be closed fully. Heavy sliding door that separates the two rooms was stuck and we had to fix it (it still is heavy though); the stove was surprisingly noisy; the fridge had a broken shelf; there were no mosquito nets on the windows and balcony door. I am listing all these things because I got the impression that the host would do the improvements whenever possible and I would enjoy visiting again. A new bathroom and kitchen nook would be fitting this otherwise great place :)

The view from the balcony (!), comfortable bed, sufficient space, friendly host who must have taken notice of a comment here and had left bottled water in the room :) I saw comments about a steep climb to the hotel back from the beach - there are alternative routes that are not as steep :)
