I liked it all the only thing I would add is the bathroom shower was very small and found it difficult to take a shower.

The location is perfect to explore Kefalonia, local beaches of Kanali and Trapezaki with clear waters and beautiful views are stunning. The villa has amazing sea views, clean, air conditioned and with all amenities including, the balconies are spacious, supermarkets are close by as well as tavernas and restaurants with local food to enjoy. Georgia was very accommodating, gave us advice on places to visit, kept the apartment spotless and responded promptly every time. Thank you!

Folies Apartments has an unique location with stunning views, our apartment with two bedrooms was very spacious, clean and we found everything we needed for a pleasent stay. There are numerous restaurant options by walking distance. The owner is extremely kind and always ready to help. I really recommend this place to everyone who want to have a wonderful stay in Lourdata - Kefalonia.

The only thing was the shower head was very uncomfortable almost painful, but we found another shower head so we swap it and was all good after that!

The studios would definitely need some renovations and the kitchenette is not equipped for cooking proper meals, it's only fit for making breakfast and assembling some quick snack, so we ended up eating out every night.

Great location with a stunning view. Each studio has a portion of terrace to use privately, perfect for relaxing at sunset or enjoying breakfast. Lourdata is a convenient location, very close to some of the most popular sandy beaches and around 30 mins drive from Argostoli. The studios are clean, air conditioning is available and Georgia is very nice. Overall a very good value for money!

Spectacular views from an amazing location. A trip to Kefalonia would be worth just to stay here! The rooms are nice and basic, cosy and colourful, they have a nice touch! Everything is comfortable. The views are unbelievable: turquoise waters and Zakynthos in the distance. This place has a special soul, same as its owner, sweet Giorgia, so nice, kind and helpful. She wants to make every guest happy, chatting with her was so much fun. Besides that, the location is great, near the beach and lots of good restaurants. You can get there by bus, taking the Poros-Argostoli line and telling the bus driver to stop at Simotáta. But of course it's much better if you have your own transportation. I will come back for sure. Grazie mille Giorgia, a presto!

Bathrooom to small,especialy the shower area.Hot water came from an additional tank expose to sun and no water pressure.Even if there is an phsicaly boiler,this is not functional.

This place was more beautiful than expected. From the room we saw the sea You can take the breakfast seeing the sea. You have Lourdas beach very close to the villa. Also, Georgia cleaned the room every day.

Just to keep in mind: During the (late) day it gets hot on the outside terrace, because there was no extendable canopy (shading). Half of the apartments on site had some shading, and half haven't (including ours). EXPLANATION: Nevertheless, during the day, you can have lunch inside, because it's cooler with the AC. / Or swim in the sea :-)

The host Georgia was nice and friendly. She cleaned the apartment, made a bed, and took the trash out daily. The kitchen is well-equipped with accessories. The AC is in two rooms and works great. There are a lot of beaches nearby, so be sure to have a car when visiting Kefalonia. The apartment is spacy, newly looking in blue colors and has a lovely sea view - 10 out of 10 Be sure to ask the host about suggestions for restaurants or pure olive oil.

The area is very hilly: you really need a car to move around (the way to the beach is also a tough climb). We underestimated this and had to rent a car for a few days extra. Giorgia was really helpful with this and drove us to a car rental place. She even drove us to the beach on the days we didn’t have the car yet (:

Staying at Folies was a blast! A cute room with decent cooking possibilities and amazing view from the balcony. But the most wonderful thing of Folies is host Giorgia: such a welcoming and warm soul. She really makes you feel at home 🥰

The host Georgia was fantastic - she was jolly and helpful. Nothing was a problem. The view from the balony was exceptionally beautiful. Lots of nice touches - gift toiletries, washing powder, floor cleaner, fairy liquird, olive oil, salt/ pepper and full list of kitchen facilities (far better than other places we have stayed at in Kefalonia). The wind blows gently through the curtains and the house is cheerfully decorated - simply perfect. Great beach in Loudata - suggest take the hill climb down to the beach as it is very scenic. Some of the best fish restaurants on the island within walking distance.

The location - very difficult to get to, the bathroom-when you shower water gets everywhere, cleanliness - it could do for the bathroom to be cleaned better, limescale everywhere, such an impression that between clients it gets clean very superficially, the outdoor area - not tidy, not really pleasant to spend time outside.

The place (Lourdata) had the best beach on the island in our opinion. Nice view over the sea from the balcony.
