Very small bathroom Only 1 employee of hotel staff spoke english, that made basic communication a bit difficult

Nice hotel located in a peaceful street in the heart of Agios Prokopios, 2 min walk to beach. Bedrooms of our apartment were big enough. Kids loved the swimming pool which is well equipped with comfortable sunbeds.

Reception staff friendly but indifferent when presented with our lack of wifi reception in the room. The problem was not fixed. Very limited breakfast.

Very conveniently situated close to the beach and to the restaurant area. Spacious room with good size bathroom. The room was cleaned daily and it was nice to have coffee making amenities. Nice balcony to relax in the evening. Wonderful outdoor swimming pool.

Basic but had a pool and very close to everything. All you need for when carrying light and short or long stays. Hot water. Wifi. Air con. Very reasonable price for 2. Double bed and a single next room with kettle and kitchenette and bathroom.

Very clean, perfect location, extremely lovely staff, and helpful with organising ATVs as they have connections with places nearby. I loved my stay!

We booked a 2 bedroom apartment but it was really 1 bedroom & 2nd bed in the room with the kitchen. The bathroom flooded every time you had a shower as the screen only covered half the space.

The location was brilliant, close to all the shops, restaurants & bus stop. Really enjoyed the pool, good size & shape! There was no drawers or wardrobe in the bedroom when we arrived but the owner brought us a wardrobe straight away, when I mentioned it, so that was really good.

The room was a little small, but we didn't spend much time there anyway. I would have liked to have a mosquito net at the window and an umbrella on the balcony because in the afternoon it was too hot to sit there.

The location was very convenient, close to Bech (2 min walking) and to a lot of restaurants, grocery etc (also 2 min walking). The room was basic but good. The bathroom was comfortable. There was also a small kitchenette but we didn't use it. I loved the balcony where we had breakfast every day.

Shower head seems clogged and didn’t want to work well.

Nice and spacious suites close to the main area for shopping. The beach was very close. Very nice pool area. Rooms were cleaned daily.

Everything was close and the hotel people were really nice. They cleaned our room and made our beds everyday, which is important with 2 toddlers around!

The hand-held shower didn't work properly and one could therefore not wash oneself thoroughly. Other than that, it is almost impossible to find any fault with Hotel Francesca or her staff. One or two.more English speakers would be helpful. We returned here this year as we were so happy before and I am sure we shall do so again.

The cleanliness of the entire place, the friendliness and kindness of the staff, the pricing of the accommodation, the perfect situation of the hotel to the beach and the village, the laundry service.

The hand-held shower didn't work properly, which affected my ability to clean myself thoroughly. Overall though, there is so little to complain of about this wonderful hotel and its staff. That is why we returned here and shall do so.again.

The warmth and kindness of the staff. The cleanliness of the place including the swimming pool. The pricing of the accommodation. Reppa and Maria, the cleaners, are absolutely wonderful.

Our room7 was lovely with a balcony overlooking a quiet street with nice buildings and trees which had a small washing line with clothes pegs . Had enclosed shower and lovely new white towels every day. Had mosquito plug in wall unit but did not need it . Tv had CNN and DW in English . Air con worked well while in the room . Had safe . We had twin beds -very comfortable but requested queen was not available . Sheets spotless. Kitchen was fine for our needs- a few pots and frying pan and nice mugs glasses and plates and some utensils plus kettle and hot plate and small fridge. Supermarkets nearby. Pool was amazing and no trouble getting the comfortable lounger with shade . Pool towels available. You will love it and great price

Great stay! The property is located 3 min walk to the beach as well as many restaurants and shops. Room was very clean, comfy and cozy. Breakfast is included!
