There was an issue with water on the floor in bathroom after taking the shower. Also, the kitchen area was a bit old and with traces of use.

Beautiful place! We had a basement apartment where it was quite comfortable during the hot days. Also, there is a pool, big and clean, it was a pleasure to freshen up there. Stuff is friendly. The place has its own cafe where you can get some salad, pizza, beer and a lot of other stuff. Also, they provide breakfasts, which are really good with a lot of different food presented including traditional ones (don't miss the opportunity to request it in advance and get a discount). Several beaches, restaurants and big shops (e.g. Lidl) are nearby. There always were places to park a car during our stay in June. Overall, I recommend this place and would be happy to come here again.

Small ants in a semi-basement room may disturb someone. They were not nice but not really an issue either. The room terrace could be a little larger.

Very nice pool area. Cozy restaurant/bar with a good selection of snacks and drinks. Neighborhood/location close to beach and main street, still quiet. The area is not as touristy place as e.g. Platanias.

Breakfast was very good with local products, choice of sweet and salty options. Staff is very helpful and kind. Location is nice as the hotel is close to several beaches, restaurants and other facilities.

Would have been better if kitchen had a few items, dish drying cloth, a bit of tea and coffee until we were able to buy some.

Shower a bit small and door didn't quite close, but very minor blemishes.

Everything, clean and comfortable, location, parking, breakfast fantastic, very good value. Ideally placed for a 5km walk to Chania town, buses also an option. Several nearby tavernas. Nice area, better than expected and Chania buzzing and accessible. Helpful and friendly staff. Easy drive from airport, nice pool and beaches. Could have stayed longer, we may be back later.

This hotel was in a good location, handy to buses and restaurants. We also very much enjoyed the landscaped pool area and the large comfortable room. We had friendly visit from the friendly ginger cat (we coaxed him ourselves) and enjoyed the quiet sleeps at night on very comfortable beds. Great Value and Comfort.

Maybe a couple more sunbeds and umbrellas in the pool would be good.

We liked almost everything: the apartment was nice and everything worked: ok beds, kitchen was fully equipped, bathroom was a bit small but functionable. The pool was very nice and the breakfast excellent. All the staff were wonderful (only one lady was a bit rude) so overall a very nice stay! The gave us even a farewell gift!

I don't recommend the restaurants and taverns around the hotel !

Enough space for free parking outside of the hotel and very close to Chania in the same time. Clean and comfortable, large room with cosy terrace . It was pleasure to drink coffee and have breakfast with banana trees view and the pool .

The doors - ugly and nonfunctional, the shower - had not a cabin but only a ridiculous curtain, the bathroom - with no window even if it had an glass panel toward outside, the furniture - in good shape but old fashioned, the TV channels - nothing for kids.

The pools, the garden, the exterior aspect of the buildings, the staff.

no air con in the second bedroom but it was ok as the cool air from the lounge went into bedroom. the first bedroom had its own aircon

really good accommodation, pool area and bar area. very big balcony (in a superior two bedroom flat). good beds. kitchen reasonably well equipped. large swimming pool. easy to park in the street or in car park at the back of the building. very helpful staff. great location near three lovely beaches and lots of good restaurants

the staff were very friendly and welcoming and helped us a lot during our stay, the property was good value for money. perfect stay for families as there are toys provided in the pool. overall a great stay would definitely stay here again.

Our plane was delayed 2 hour. Due to delay we arrived at the hotel around 1:00AM. The receptionist was still waiting for us and she was very helpful. Despite of the very late arrival, she welcomed us with welcome drink. The apartment was bigger than I thought. It was clean and the staffs were super nice.

This holiday was the best holiday I’ve ever had. I was made feel so welcome in Helios and would definitely go back. The facilities were amazing, very clean and we all had loads of fun. I came home feeling refreshed. I can’t wait for my next trip to Crete which I hope is very soon. I couldn’t recommend this accommodation more. Ps the staff were wonderful and make the best cocktails
